Jose and his employees are highly skilled craftsmen who have their customer’s satisfaction as their top priority. This is the second time I’ve hired them to do work around my home and again I was very, very pleased. (The first time was a remodel my master and main bathrooms. They turned out beautiful and I couldn’t have been happier) All the people involved with building my fence were very pleasant and responsive. They were able to work around some wooden plant boxes and low decking that were built closely to or attached to the ordinal fence without damaging them. Whenever there was a question as to our preferences, work didn’t continue until it was answered. They also did a great job cleaning up all the debris from my yard. I would easily hire them again and highly recommend J&T Remodel for any home renovation.

I HIGHLY recommend J&T remodeling for a number of reasons. 1: *SUPER RESPONSIVE* a) Jose (owner) responded to my request for a bid within 5 minutes! b) Jose responded to my phone calls and e-mails generally within 15 minutes, worst case scenario by the end of day. I have heard horror story after horror story of contractors who are checked out and not responsive. Jose is beyond responsive. He is totally on top of communications. c) My bills were not sent months later, but were timely and clear. I was never surprised or taken off guard. 2: *BEST VALUE* a) Jose was't the cheapest of the contractors I found (though very close to it). His level of detail on his bid and attention to detail when talking to me, and flexibility made it clear in the beginning that he offered the most VALUE. That was clearly proven over the course of the work he did for us. High quality work for the price was unbelievable. b) Jose was super upfront about what was a cost overrun and what wasn't. I was never surprised by a bill. c) If a mistake was made, or surprise happened, Jose always took ownership and never tried to blame shift back to me. This was huge for me. His level of accountability was a testimony not only to his company and quality, but also to him. 3: *CLEAN* a) Every day the cleaned up (though it's impossible to clean everything) b) They started with covering the floors and putting up plastic to keep out the dust c) My kids were out of town, so I let them know they could take shortcuts on cleaning to save time. But once they got back in town they went above and beyond to ensure dangerous things were as unreachable as possible for a job site. d) At the end of the project they did a full clean up, even outside of the impacted area. 4: *HIGH QUALITY* a) His team did amazing work, and my kitchen is very beautiful. b) There were a few nits throughout the project which is why I marked this as the only area less than a 100%. Those nits are so small that at this point I don't even notice them. Most of which were focused on the cabinets themselves, and most of which were a result of my choice to use a pre-made cabinet and not custom cabinets. c) There were a few mistakes. Nothing large, and all of them very quickly and promptly taken care of. d) When it came to my floors, he made a great effort to match them perfectly but wasn't able to himself. So he, without a cost overrun, brought in an expert that wasn't part of his company who was able to match it perfectly. Thank you, J&T Remodeling for your incredible work and service.

Jose and his team at J&T did an excellent job. Very pleased to have worked with them on our kitchen renovation. They were extremely informative throughout the work, helping guide us to make the right decisions as the work progressed. Additionally, J&T is very fair and transparent on the price and even helped us get better contractor discounts for the majority of our materials. Jose was the most responsive contractor who came to take a look.  The job started small (just knocking down the wall and replacing with a bar and under-bar cabinets.  However, as we saw what the change did (in a good way), we wanted Jose's team to do additional work.  Twice we added additions to the project, and Jose and the team were very flexible.  Both times, Jose gave an updated detailed quote of the additions, and they stuck to the budget for all three quotes.  As the project came to a close, we send lists of little things we wanted tweaked/addressed, and Jose's team was responsive every time. <br /> <br /> We ended up super happy with the final product, and the cleanliness of the team throughout.  They did a thorough cleanup every day.

Jose is knowledgeable, friendly, easy-going, willing, determined that he and his crew do excellent work.  He had good ideas for us as we deliberated over exactly how to re-do our bathroom.  His crew were always pleasant, always left the place very clean, did beautiful work.  Jose matched the style and color of the woodwork in the bathroom to the rest of the house, so there's no indication that the bathroom was redone at a later time than the rest of the remodel 13 years ago.

<p>Jose and his team did a good job managing the process and getting the Job done.  They were on time and worked diligently from the beginning to the end.  They started on time and finished on time.  We were a little concerned about the weather while they did the work, but they made sure the roof was sealed up before any significant rain fall.  He has a good crew and it shows in their work.</p> <p>Complaint:  They could have a done a little more thorough clean up, I'd call it 85% - but really a minor complaint given the job they did.</p> <p>One mistake I made...  I should have done a little more research on the product alternatives.  Jose did not really discuss them with me and I did not ask enough questions.  In hindsight - I would have spent a little more money on an upgraded version of the same product for a little different aesthetics.</p> <p>Overall, I am happy with the work that Jose and his team did and would happily recommend them to others.</p> <br />

Great.  They ended up with a last minute opening in their schedule (they had already provided a quote, but we hadn't scheduled the work yet).  I got their email late in the evening and I was happy to take the opportunity, so they came the next morning.  The quote had expected two days to complete the work, but they managed to have an extra person helping so they did the work in one day and it looks great! <br /> <br /> I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

Tune-up was great.  they found a serious lack of venting (which I already knew about), but did a lot of good spot checks on some wearing-out <br /> Only complaint is that I'm 3 weeks out from the visit, and haven't yet received the quote for some recommended work (adding venting).  But they were professional, effective and knowledgeable. <br /> <br />

The owner saw the problem and did the repair in very little time. He took a photo of the problem to show me which I appreciated. He noted where a tile had been placed  elsewhere on the roof near the seam of a window or skylight (I forget) and commented that that wasn't best practice. The  owner stated I would need a repair (or new roof) for my garage maybe by next year. I asked for a general idea of the cost of a new roof which he provided. He was very professional and personable. No one showed at my first appointment because  of a scheduling mixup within the owner's office. The owner tried to make up for this  at the end of his visit by removing the moss by hand that was growing on a section of roof that  will need repair/replacement soon. <br />

They were okay. It was worth the price of the Big Deal and they gave me an estimate to replace my whole roof.
