Hired blue crown construction on December 11, 2025 where we paid them $9000 to retain their services on the following week we met at the cabinet shop to pick out cabinet styles colors encounter top plan to start right after the first of the year January 9 person from top shelf cabinets. Stephen darker came to measure for the cabinet whereas we paid another $9000 as per our agreement to pay for the cabinets upon ordering cabinets to arrive in about three weeks we were told that the demo and floors could all be done while we waited for the cabinets that didn’t happen no communication whatsoever until February when I phoned when I called, I was told by Jackson that they have been really busy and could start the following week after the cabinets were ordered. We cleared out the whole kitchen and living room so they could start demo and floors no one showed up or called or emailed nothing finally in February after I called I was told that they have been really busy and came the following Monday and can devote all of their time to my project. They came removed the carpet and floor from the kitchen and started the demo we had already removed all butt one of the cabinets so they didn’t need to do that. They cut out the hole for the opening. My husband had to instruct them. I’m putting up the header as they were not gonna do that. They came the next day placed drywall in the opening, slapped down some mud, sanded a few spots and left. They didn’t cover the cold air intake, so the furnace was sucking in all the drywall dust. They did not clean up before leaving. They left piles of garbage on the lawn in an inch of drywall dust on the floor we had to clean all of the drywall up immediately, so it wouldn’t be sucked into the furnace anymore. They returned the day after the cabinets arrived at our house. The cabinets came in the wrong colors and they just wanted us to accept that I could possibly get a discount on the countertop. They placed the blame on the cabinet makers, but we later found out that they were the ones that signed off and approved those colors I was supposed to get the white ones painted but agreed to keep the lower ones in the wrong color that they sent they sent an installer to install the cabinets at this time. Oh also the sink cabinet was ordered wrong as well. The cabinet guy installed some of the uppers and a couple of the lowers, then left because he was not sure what to do. He said he would be back the next day and he never showed up from that day beyond we had no communication with anyone. My husband proceeded to complete the drywall and electrical because they kept blowing the breaker and we’re not positioning in the proper height per code. Keep in mind. We were also buying the supplies to do this actually, the drywall was completed by my husband before the cabinets came. My husband also completed the plumbing for the sink because the cabinets would not be able to be installed as it was weeks went by with no contact so I finally called and stated I couldn’t keep living like this, and was told there was nothing they could do until the cabinets came in and I proceeded to explain that they could have completed the dining room floor and trim because they left that half done as well. Someone came and finished the floor down the hall and put down the most cheapest baseboard in the world which they claimed we OK yet we were never even shown baseboards to choose from they were installed terribly and even upside down see the pictures. They were also supposed to bring tile samples so I could choose for the backsplash because I would told them that they could also be working on that later tried to contact both father and son and asked for a meeting to get this project finalized in a group chat. Shane messaged me and said who is this and I responded Susan Johnson that was the end of that conversation with him from then on please refer to the Texas. We are now in the process of trying to hire someone to complete our project and to come get them cabinets in so we can get out of the Basement. My birthday party which was planned for February so we could show off our new kitchen was canceled. We also canceled spring break plans because they kept telling us they were coming. Easter is a disaster because I don’t even have a stove to cook on. We’re now in April and have heard nothing from either parties and we just need to get this done.

Those guy did a great job and were reasonable with their price! Also most important thing, they got it done before their deadline, so now we can have Thanksgiving at our house!
