"Thank you for taking the time to submit a review, however I would just like to note a few things about this transaction. When I came in, I asked specifically what you would like us to do. You said you weren't sure as you've never had this done before. I offered a few suggestions, offered (and did) the dishes. We were not asked to clean inside the air fryer, the microwave or any other items. When asked what you'd like us to do, you said clean the range, stove, remove everything off the counters and clean the counters, and you specially asked us to focus on the floors, which we did. We communicated that we were running behind, before our appointment even started. We also arrived to nothing moved off the floors for us to be able to clean. Again, we asked if you'd like us to move the things off the floor so we could clean those spots, and you stated no, work around them. I apologize you feel our service did not meet your expectations, but to be fair, we had no guidance on what you'd like done, and nothing you mentioned in this review was mentioned to us on site."
