It went fabulous. Mr. Sanchez did outstanding work, completed the job exactly in the timeframe he quoted, and he was very pleasant to work with. This was a very messy job and he was very careful to cover everything with a bubble of plastic. After removing the popcorn ceiling he skim coated it and his craftsmanship was superior! The new ceiling is perfectly smooth now. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to all my friends.

No project ever goes perfectly, you change your mind, have to make certain adjustments, things take longer than anticipated, etc. Juan and his crew were always professional, showed up in time every day, stayed late when they had to to get the job done. This was not an easy design with new wall framing, existing wall knockouts, interior view windows, and smooth texture finish. The results exceeded our expectations. Best of all he stood by the quality of their work. Highly recommend them for your renovation projects, you won’t be disappointed.

Juan Carlos and his team did a great job repairing our ceiling. They had to go through three layers of concrete board and drywall on our old house (1925) and the repair looks wonderful. They fixed the ceilings and walls with cracks in 5 different places and then painted. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again. (Note: some of the attached photos show before the paint. After paint, it blends with the ceiling and walls much better.)
