I was absolutely pleased with Mr. Franco's painting perfection. Our whole family loved the way he power washed and painted the exterior of my son's home. He needed no guidance, and went well beyond our expectations to complete everything. He even power washed the entry stairway without mentioning before hand that he would include it in his price. He was very fair in his price and did repairs to some wood items that had rotted without charging extra. Anyone considering needing painting done, do not hesitate hiring Mr. Franco - he is tops and a dedicated artisan to his craft.

we remodeling an old farmhouse, an historic farmhouse. They came in and took steps to prepare the woodwork, the trim. I have never seen anybody do before and it is absolutely gorgeous.
