Deck or Porch - Repair
Contractor had some personal situations but was unresponsive and has not completed the work.

I hired mark in September 2019 to demo my old deck and rebuild he was very professional and although there was more work that needed to be done he walked me through the entire process and kept me in the loop the entire time. His prices are extremely fair and would hire him again with the quickness.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
The owner Mark was great to work with he was great with me and my wife he walked us through everything and explained everything in detail he also has a great crew and if I had a project to do again he would definitely be my contractor.

Deck or Porch - Repair
He is a horrible contractor and business man, horrible work ethics. He kept asking for more money. He did not provide a valid contract and did not get permits. He seems to have constant money issues. He also does not have insurance. He also made some very racist comments and has anger issues. Everything that we have claimed we can document with proof, text messages and videos.

"Bent over backwards to help homeowner. He expected price to remain the same with constant changes and add-ons. I provided contract with itemized cost of each step of tear down and rebuild of customers porch. He signed then decided he would do the things that he was capable of doing such as siding etc. At the end of the day homeowner was in over his head and looking to take advantage of my kindness. I am very upset that he would come on here with an untrue account of what really transpired. Mostly upset with the accusation of me being a racist totally uncalled for and totally untrue.I don't think homeowner understands typically the contractor"
