Julie Shepherd successfully marketed and sold our property with proper advertising and networking procedures.  Our property was obviously listed on the MLS and Julie held open houses, keeping us informed of any interest or activity.  During this process, she would patiently guide us with extremely great information, tips on "selling" the property, etc.  Also during this process our new home search was underway with Julie being our guide.  She was always willing to show us a property we had interest in and made herself available.  She assisted with the loan process, suggesting lenders without any pressure or influence.  Julie is very dedicated, professional, and articulates the steps necessary in navigating through the buying/selling procedure.
