Removal of unwanted debris, leaves, green waste or other. Lawn mowing and edging. Fertilization of lawns and flower beds. Power washing for a pristine, fresh look. Also, decorative outdoor lighting, to enhance your patio and backyard at night ; it's not just for holidays, but for year-round enjoyment. We also create small ponds and cascades, to attract wildlife, such as birds. We are very pet and wildlife friendly. Our goal is to help you create a peaceful refuge for your family and pets to enjoy, and a beautiful atmosphere to entertain friends.

He came out he worked and they were very good. <br /> <br /> They did real good, he stuck with it I commented to him I think he need a little upgrade on some of his equipment and stuff I believe he's just getting started I don't know but he seem to lack a lot of stuff he was carrying around all these stuff in his car and I think that gradually he'll probably take on I think he's thinking about moving down in our area he's coming up to our house from Orlando which is a good hour or more form here so he had quite a drive to get down there, but I had no complaints he was polite he did fine.

John worked for 6 1/2 hours on a Sunday and was very thorough. He bagged several bags with all the trimmings he removed. I will have him come back to mulch and replant a new tree. I highly recommend this business.

It was satisfactory. I was a little disappointed. It was about average. He did arrive on time and was here the full time so that was good. I had to do some texting back and forth, but they did ultimately, like I said they got back with me, we got some things scheduled. He was here when he said he would be here.

John was patient and listened carefully to what we wanted done. After he took out the bushes that needed to be removed, he went with us, to the Home Depot nursery, and advised us on what plants would look and grow best. He assisted us in transporting some of the bigger plants. When he was ready to do the planting, he advised us on the best positioning of the plants. When we were happy with the layout, he planted them. We bought the landscaping package on a Big Deal. For 5 hours of labor, he charged $155.00. It took two extra hours to complete the job and we paid him an extra $30.00 per hour. For a 7 hour job, we paid him a total of $215.00. It was SO worth it!!!!

John was very nice, prompt, and worked very hard but he refused to use a lawn mower and weedeated ,blew a blower, and repaired his equipment for 5 hours; thus, he completed only one third of my small yard. He managed to blow lots of grass and dirt into my pool. The worst thing is that neither he nor his company is licensed nor INSURED for liability or WORKMEN'S COMP in the state of Florida. I falsely assumed Angie's List verified credentials.

"these coments are all lies. We have photos of her yard that, she stated had not been mowed in a year. the yard was filled with deep holes and football size rocks, and large broken pots. i explained to her husband that, we would have to remove all the debris first, that would ruin my lawnmower blade. the husband completely understood and I had to use a brush cutter for the yard. we have numerous photos of the yard, before and after, for anyone to look at. ofcourse we are licensed in the state of florida. angies list does a very extensive background check which takes a couple months before contractors can work for angies list."

The gentleman from Jungle Landscaping did a terrific job! He really added curban appeal to my home by trimming a tree, cleaning up debris and leaves from the yard, and planting flowers to highlight my walk way. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I purchased the 5 hours of landscaping deal on Monday and filled out the form with availability. Because I needed it done, I called the same day, as well. I called two other times that week, leaving a message each time. Each time I stated it didn't matter what day of the week it was done sinice I would be home recovering all day, every day. On Friday, when I still had no response, I contacted Angie'a List customer service and they tried contacting this company. It's now Tuesday and neither Angie's List nor I have received a call back. I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as I am credited back what I paid. Addendum: After I wrote this review, the company responded. Unfortunately, they're not being truthful. I never spoke to anyone from this company, despite multiple phone calls. I did not insist they cancel any other appointments to fit me in. I would have waited a few weeks if needed. I completely understand how schedules work. But I couldn't even get a call back from them. Angie's List customer service stepped in and they had no luck either. It is one thing to be too busy to call someone back. It's something completely different to then make up a story when they never spoke to me to begin with. Buyer beware, I guess.

"We have always contacted every "deal" purchase within 24 hours from the time angies list sends us the email notifying us of the purchase. I emailed this customer the same day we were notified of her purchase. she wanted the work done within that week. there was no possible way to do that because we had other clients scheduled . it is completely unethical for a client to expect us to postpone clients who have been waiting for their jobs to be done, and have scheduled properly ahead of time with us. this lady was contacted right away but was upset we would not push off other clients to accomodate her. she wanted her job done by that weekend, which is unreasonable to even expect we could do that, with dozens of other clients , especially when a discounted deal goes out. We will always treat our clients fair, and offer them our first available day open to schedule their work."

Perfect. John removed years of roots and large ferns, bagged everything, made suggestions on the optimal way to plant my new hedge, planted 12 new plants and cleaned up afterwards. John works carefully and steadily.

I can't say enough good things about John & Jungle Starr Landscaping. My husband made a joke to John saying that their name was appropriate for what we needed done as John walked into a "jungle". John put in many hours on our property, trying to tame many planting beds that had been neglected for more than a year. We have a large property and it just became too much for my husband and I to handle. John worked tirelessly in the blazing heat, I have no idea how he does it. We took advantage of a special that was advertised on Angie's list, and they quoted us a very fair price for the additional hours that we needed to complete the work. We will definitely be hiring Jungle Starr again to help us with our landscaping needs.
