I called Junior - based on the recommendation of ANGI. He was a half-hour late (no big deal). He got right to work and told me that it was the main control board that was causing the problem with my Maytag washing machine - SO - I told hime to replace the part, and he did have it. However, it was then that he told me that he only works for cash, which was NOT advertised by ANGI. So, I went to the bank , got the cash, and he put in the new part. My receipt was e-mailed to me on my phone (no business address, no signature, no paper trail). Two days later, the machine BREAKS AGAIN, the same way as before. I get hold of Junior, and he tells me that he will have to replace the touch control board (which he previously stated was OK) and that I would have to send him the cash money by a Zullo?? account before he could order it. I told him I would not be doing that . I wanted to pay by credit card or check, needed a signed receipt, and he would have to pay for the part and bring it to the house BEFORE I would give him any more money - - - NO WAY

This was excellent service. My refrigerator was no longer cooling and items in the freezer were slowly melting. I contacted Junior at 9AM and set an appt for 1:30PM and he was on time! By 3:30PM he had replaced the compressor and everything was perfect with 6mths warranty. He is very communicative and professional and repairs many other types of major appliances (stoves, washer/drier, A/C etc). Highly recommended.

Junior is very knowledgeable It took him less than a minute to diagnose the problem and make the repair. He saved me the cost of buying a new refrig by insisting that the brand Frigidaire was the best and worth the small investment of repair. Junior knows his “stuff”. Would definitely hire him again.

Junior came 2hours later than his original scheduled appointment on 6/19/2023 - original scheduled time was 12pm. He came and I re-explain my issue as written on Angi which was clothes are not ringing out in my machine and clothes are staying wet with water not draining. Junior and his partner had to diagnosis the problem for a cost of $40 as he wrote in his text that included the 4 months warranty. He told me after 10 mins of diagnosis that the problem was a pump that needs to be replaced. He said a pump costs $220, yet I said to him that internet has it for a maximum cost for a pump is $100. He said the internet was wrong. Then said his labor was $150 only if I pay cash because he can’t take card or Zelle due to a bank situation he was having. He said he also gives 4 month warranty. I needed my machine fixed so I agreed to payment for the warranty. He replaced the pump, I paid $350 cash and he texted me a 3 months warranty when I handed him payment. I had to show him his original text that said 4 months warranty. He finally agreed after i showed his text as proof. He did not test the machine because he said he was late for another job but to call him if I had any issue and he would come back. The same day, I tested the machine with a wash and still the original problem existed, clothes were still wet and not ringing out plus water was not draining. I texted him on 6/19/23 to say issue still existed. On Tuesday 6/20/23, Junior said he would return as per the warranty, at first. Then I informed him it was Tuesday at 3pm, so he changed to Thursday 6/22/23 at 2:30pm even though I said I had to leave by 3:30pm. I asked him if that was enough time and he said yes. Thursday 6/22/23 came and I texted to confirm he was coming for the appointment time of 1:30pm. He said yes he was coming. Then at 1:36pm he said he was not coming since he went to his child’s graduation. He rescheduled for Friday 6/23/23 at 12:30pm. I followed up to see if he was coming and I reminded him that my husband would be at the home and provided his phone # and stated my husband had to leave the house by 2:20pm. He replied, "yes, ok, see you then." At 12:30pm Junior did not arrive and there was no communication from him. At 2pm he text me and said he was 9 mins away. He showed up at 2:15pm saying no one was answering and my husband did answer and I reminded that he had to leave at 2:20pm. He started work and did not finish until 3pm and my husband had to push his appointment back but he still had to leave to get our son. Junior said he fixed the issue by restarting a panel section. Yet he still did not test it and I came home to wash the same day and the original issue stated was still not solved. Using YouTube, I learned that the machine can diagnosis issues and Junior never once tested the issue with his electronic system and the machine said it was the motor. The machine still does not work and his behavior was rude and his time management for appointments is bad. I texted him again on Sunday 6/25/23 to say the machine still does not work and he had blocked my phone number from his phone, so how do I get my warranty of 4 months if I am prevented from communication. Plus, he never fixed the issue but received $350. I will like a refund for $210 because my warranty is not being honored, I was overcharged for the Samsung pump, and the original issue was never fixed at all.

Company said that the dishwasher pump was broken and replaced the pump. After, I ran the dishwasher and encountered the same issue, the dishwasher did not drain. This provider is clearly inadequate. He replaced the pump in the dishwasher which ultimately did not correct the problem. We have contacted the company numerous times asking him to return and he has not come. Very disappointed! I feel like he took advantage of us. Don’t use this company, Junior.

LG washer needed new suspension springs and shock absorbers. Responded promptly and came out within a couple of hours. Communicated well. Needed some parts from shop in Queens (we are in Williamsburg), which were brought over by a colleague during rush hour… all so that the job could be completed that evening. Workmanship was outstanding, and provided clear explanation of what was being done. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Junior asked for to text him the serial number in our first conversation so he could be sure he had parts. After completing that task ( microwave) we moved to the garage door opener. He would not give up trying all different thing to get it to work. Including replacing switches and removing the gears and chain. I have this home 30 years and the opener wasn't new then. Junior convinced me it was time but not without checking a few more things. I will order new and he will put it in. A pleasure to work with and extremely talented at what he does
