Frank, the owner, called us the night before with an estimated time of arrival........ .Frank, Francis & Patrick arrived on time. They were efficient, courteous, friendly and cleaned off the deck area where they removed our old hot tub. Frank responded immediately to our first email contact, and subsequently with phone contacts. We would definitely use Frank and his crew again. We are cleaning out and will certainly use Junk in the Trunk again. We also prefer to hiring local services, whenever possible.

I have used this company a number of times. Frank and his team are wonderful! They came on time and worked quickly.

I contacted owner, Frank Coyne, via email requesting a pickup on Tues, July 19 giving him 3 options I would be available. He responded back to me within in 30 mins and we scheduled pickup Thurs, July 21 between window 3-5pm. He called at 3pm to let me know he would be by around 4pm. He and 2 of his employees arrived at 4pm, hauled away the bags and left at 4:10 pm. How did it go? Great as usual and that's why Junk in the Truck LLC is the ONLY trash service I will call.

Called and returned call, set up time for 8: to 8:30 am on Saturday. Arrived at 8:00 am. Extremely courteous and careful in removing furniture. Recliner was particuarly difficult, removing from the basement up a narrow stairway. Done without any scratches to the walls. <br /> <br />10 per cent discount as being referred by Angies. Asked what they do with furniture, they said ' if in farly good condition they donate to non-profits.' if so that is added benefit rather than having to do so yourself. <br /> <br />Extremely pleased and would recommend to others and use again. <br />
