They were fast and efficient. I was unaware of the cost of such a service, so it was a bit of a shock for me.

called me immediately to arrange for estimate after i entered the request into ServiceMagic. Followed up when i didn't return the call. Came out day later, on time. Was able to negotiate on price. Two guys were very fast in hauling away debris, swept up after themselves. No complaints!

They were punctual, and professional. I thought their price was somewhat high for the amount of trash I had, but I suppose they are competitive with others who are not individual haulers.

It was a little slow getting the job started. The day they stated they would complete the job they asumed I would be standing outside of the house so they didn't ring the door bell, I'll chalk that up as a mis-understanding, so the job was not completed on they day they stated it would be done. But they day he called and sent someone out and they Man completed the job within an hour. As well as swept the area clean. I'm calling them back for an additional job.

The young man that came out to haul away all my yard debris was awesome! I was expecting more than one guy though. So I had to help him. He was very professional and nice, not bad for a 22yrs old young man. He was raised very well not only should his parents be proud, but so should Junk Pros for hiring an excellent employee.

We had a heavy consol TV to be hauled away. The truck arrived exactly when promised, the driver was friendly, knew what he was doing, loaded it without a scratch, and was off in 15 minutes. A bit pricey, but well worth it.

Junk Pros e-mailed confirmation of appointment. Called before arriving, and arrived on time. The service person was dressed in a uniform that represented the company. The truck was professional vehicle and not in disrepair or dilapidated. The service person was professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions before starting the job. I will hire Junk Pros for future jobs.

The truckdriver dude was very helpful, and he satisfied customer need for five minute bantering about the weather.
