Very pleased with this experience. Booking was swift and easy for a next-day appointment -- the availability of an advance quote is a nice feature. Alex and Steve who did the removal were timely (also provided a 30 minute alert) and efficient. A service I would use again for sure.

Sara scheduled our pickup with timely communications that included all the information we would need for an efficient pickup. David and Dre communicated expectations of when they would arrive so there were no surprises. They were friendly and professional. We will be hiring them again in the future.

We just loved these guys. Their communication was perfect and very professional. When they came to pick up our basement flood construction debris and some old electronics, they followed our instructions perfectly and could not have been nicer. We will definitely use them again if needed!

If you need junk removal, these are the guys. We just finished unloading 95% junk from a hoarder house and can't say enough good things about the quality and professionalism of Pablo, team leader. Solid guy and hardest working. Ask for Pablo. Or Michael, who was always fun and so upbeat- non stop hauler. The billing and scheduling was easy too. Top notch company. Totally worth it. You get to order only what you need done. They do everything. It was a MAJOR job that took six full days.

The two gentlemen from Junk Relief were prompt, professional, courteous and efficient. They were able to remove a queen size bedroom suite from a tight area without doing any damage to walls or doorframes. I would definitely use them again.

It could not have gone better. They knew exactly how to get an oversized sofa out of my small apartment and down 4 flights of stairs. They were fast and highly professional. They had to improvise a few times because the halls and doors were not wide enough and they didn't scratch the walls or floors doing it.

Our family has been working on a clean out, demo, and refinishing of our Grandma's Basement. We have used this service to haul away garbage and debris on two separate occasions. The Junk Relief office was responsive, estimates could be done through text by sending photos, the price was extremely reasonable (priced per truck load with labor included *compared to* $200+ per small bagster bag). Each time drivers were attentive, prompt, and efficient. 10/10 recommend for the Chicagoland Area.
