Upon having to do a forced eviction I found the house to be totally "trashed" and infested with roaches which placed me in tears. When I called Mr. Carter and explained my situation he took the time to work with my schedule to meet me and give me a quote. Knowing the clean-up was more than my husband and I could do, we agreed to the price and set the date of removal. Mr. Carter and his crew came to the house and completely removed all the trash and furniture, sending me photos of the finished project. The finished job was even more than I expected, paying attention to every detail of the clean-up. Mr. Carter and his crew were very professional and did an immaculate job on this project. Thank all of you. You made my day.

They showed up on wrong date, we got correct date straightedges out (again) they did not show up on correct date, had to call them and wait 3 hrs.

The crew that areived was prompt and on time. I was notified prior to their arrival when they would be at my house. Once they arrived the crew removed items that I requested at an extremely reasonable rate. I appreciate their business and will definitely use this company in the future!
