I needed somebody to come quickly to repair a leaking pipe in the wall behind the hot water heater in my elderly parents' home. My plumber was Terry. He arrived quickly and the repair was done neatly and in a timely fashion. Terry was personable and professional.

My plumber was Terry R. Employee #1. He arrived at the time quoted. Terry showed me the problem and he had to go get a part that was needed to fix my pipe properly. The repair was done in a timely fashion. Terry R was very professional and I have already recommended him to a friend.

My tech's name was Michael. It was absolutely a pleasure having him my home. He was very conscious of the protocols regarding cocid-19 and extremely personable. I also found him to be knowledgeable and professional in his presentation, recommendations and assessment regarding my situation. I was so impressed with this individual that I am seriously considering contracting with Plumb Shield to perform all of my plumbing problems. However, there was one area that I think was over looked, that is the clearing of the water lines after the repair. We experienced a delay in cooking due to the sand or sediment causing the water to be cloudy and unclear. However, this does not dim my perception of the tech's job. I am very satisfied with Plumb Shield's performance.

Michael was on time, courteous, explained the issue, walked me through the different pricing options, and confirmed what I wanted to do. When he was finished, we talked about how to manage in the future if issues arise. Good company and Michael is a great ambassador for them.
