JACK'S FLOORING

<p>3 men arrived on time and worked without breaks. Very knowledgeable and willing to teach me about floor care .They completed the job after 5 hours.site was cleaned up and ready to use.</p> <p>I would recommend them to any one interested in replacing floors.</p> <br />

<p>I saw company's phone number on a van driving on a high way. I called and Jack- the owner picked up the phone immediately.</p> <p>He came out to my house with in 3 days and provided me his estimate. He brought me a bunch </p> <p>of samples and he found an amazing match. I was concerned about the mess and construction. He reassured me this would be no problem and the job  was going to be done right. I had questions through out all the job and he was very responsive and always very friendly about all my requests.</p> <p>They came to put in the floors and it was the best experience. Everyone was very professional and they took great care of my home. The floors look amazing and I do not believe I could have found any one company better. </p> <p>I own a residential cleaning company and come in contact with many home owners every day. I will be recommending Jack and his team to everyone.  </p> <br />

Everything was easy and terrific. Carpet removal, installation, and furniture moving was professional and well done. Bought Carpet at Lowes and Just Carpets installed. Looks beautiful!c <br />

Initially I thought the work was ok. When I exercised my warranty rights on installation it all went south. I am a reasonable person and often give others the benefit of the doubt. It took quite a while to get the owner back to my home. When finally did come out, he gave my husband and I totally different responses. The manager of the store along with the sales associate that placed my original service order ended up coming out to my home and verified the work was not done up to the standard the store expects. The owner insulted me in my own home. He later apologized and in front of the manager and sales associate stated he would do whatever it took to make it right. That has been more than 3 months ago. I have yet to be contacted by Jack. I was and still am offended. I will NEVER do business with them again.  There are additional details that I have left out so the review is not too long. I hope if anyone does use them, they watch this company like a hawk and make sure details are corrected immediately instead of believing quick explanations for the work.

We used them because they were contracted through Lowe’s. They were clean, they were prompt, and they do great work.

The experience working with Just Floors was amazing. They were extremely professional and arrived when they said they would and completed the work with an exceptional level of quality. From start to finish, we always knew what to expect and there were no surprises. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Both projects went well and were completed on time within budget and look great.

He was outstanding! He was expensive but definitely worth it! He tore my old floor out, and came to fiberboard. He refused to put in the floors on the fiberboard. So we ripped out the flooring to the floor joists to lay the walnut properly. It took eight people to rip out the floor!

Once the Lowes order arrived the installer, Just Floors scheduled rapidly and did an excellent job. I would recommend them for their work.

I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND DID THE WORK VERY WELL.
