This company is a treasure! I had a gas leak last week in the heart of the coldest weather in ten years: PSE&G just shut off the gas and left; and Alex was the only plumber who responded, to my urgent calls for help as the house cooled down. He was reassuring, came that day to take a look, arrived punctually with a helper the next day, and did a 3-hour repair (it involved work outside and in a crawl space) quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He cleaned up thoroughly, and left me with heat back on and hot water restored. PSE&G came the next day to remove the red tag and approve his work. All this for a third of the price the big companies wanted to charge me! Alec was professional and explained what needed to be done to clear the lavatory drain with an electric snake. He installed new angle stop for lavatory. He supplied and installed two supply lines for the faucet. The old valves were rusty and did not work like they used to. Alec said the old valves could leak in the future, and we did not want that to happen. They arrived on time and continued working until the job was complete.

Alec and his team at JIC Plumbing are absolute professionals. They diagnosed our issue, gave us repair/replacement options to pick from, and completed the work the same day. They make sure they treat your home like it’s their own, setting up drop clothes/floor protection/etc. It’s nice to have a plumber you trust that you can count on.

Alec was a young yet masterful plumber. Great communication with wife at the scene and patiently even FaceTime me to show the issue and solution. The work area after was clean and neat. Great job done for our sump pump! Will ask for help again next time I have other plumbing issues.

Truly amazing, Alex and Anthony did an excellent job fixing my shower trap. They were courteous, professional and very professional. The work was impeccably done in a very timely manner. I have done most if not all of my work in my home. I’ve reached a point where I now hire professionals. This being said I’m normally skeptical others will do the jobs I feel I would do better. Simply does not apply to these guys. The far exceeded any and all expectations. From their communication to their promptness. They get a 10 out of a 10 I would have never been able to accomplish what they have done.
