They were quick to respond, their price was reasonable with no upselling of unnecessary treatment to trees that I did not ask for. They cleaned up the area of the work and left my yard undamaged and worked quickly. I would hire them again.

Just Trees is the only tree company I will use. Frank and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and professional, but a big standout is his attention to safety, not only for personnel, but also the property of the home owner. I will not shop around, even if I have to wait for Just Trees to have an opening.

Just trees was by far the best tree service we have experienced. They called me back shortly after my call and set up an appointment soon thereafter. Frank showed up on time, assessed my job, and provided a fair estimate for the work. Best of all we needed a dead cracked tree removed as soon as possible and he worked us in that week. All trees were removed without damage to any other trees and everything was cleaned up perfectly without any debris left behind. He did everything he said he would do and exceeded all expectations.

Hurricane Walter left us without power for 5 days, and two large oak trees leaning over my neighbor's fence. One was a danger to my neighbor's house. My insurance deductable for hurricanes prevented me from filing a claim. Just Trees LLC was doing tree removal in our community. I explained my situation to the lady appraiser and was scheduled a estimate later that day. You must understand how busy they were. My community is heavily wooded and suffered many fallen trees causing lots of damage. The appraiser arrived promptly and gave me a price. I am hearing impaired and wear two hearing aides. I misunderstood the price, and agreed to have the work done. My fault. They did the work promptly and in a excellent, professional manner. When my wife paid for the service, the price error was discovered. I told the lady that I didn't have that much.I explained my money situation. My wife has two brain aneurisms and the worst one had recently been treated. In the past month, my wife's mother had passed away; after a long illness, leaving funeral expenses. My sister had moved in with us while she awaits an apartment. The renters of my other house moved out  leaving me to pay double mortgage payments, on and on. I tried to take out a loan, but was refused. The appraiser replied; "Let's see what we can do. She returned later with an owner and a son. I feared the worst. I hate confrontation. My wife and I had been stressed out all day. "I've got good news", she said. She went on to tell me that they had decided to lower the price to something I could afford. They realized I had misunderstood the price, and the financial condition I'm in. My wife started crying. My voice was quivering a little. I told them of the prayers my church had for me to help me through this. God heard them. These people are family and their customers are too. GOD BLESS THEM.

After being evacuated from Hurricane Matthew I returned home to see our neighborhood in chaos from many downed trees, and several badly damaged homes. Every tree company in the area was already backed up with work. My sister manages properties in the area and was desperately trying to find a tree company to help us out. While on the phone with a man in Columbia, SC, he mentioned Just Trees, LLC.  He told her they had a great reputation in that area so she sent a message begging for help. The response from Penny Lindsay who partners with Frank Flemming was immediate. They packed up their equipment and arrived the next day. Penny was like a "triage doctor" prioritizing the most serious situations and Frank got to work climbing trees making stressed out homeowners feel confident that they would soon be safe. <br /> <br /> To say they were a blessing is more than a comment. To me they arrived on angels wings. Frank and Penny showed compassion and concern for our problems, while reassuring us they could handle it all  And handle it they did. Along with Billy, Joey and Tyler they worked their way through our neighborhood with professionalism and smiles. Because of their caring attitudes, they have been "adopted" by us.   It's day 13 and they have a place to stay in here and people bringing them food! I think that should speak for itself as a recommendation. <br /> <br /> Lastly, you are probably wondering "so what did this amazing service" cost? We have all agreed that their rates were better than expected and highly competitive.  Happily for us they will be staying on for another week. Our HOA has hired them to remove trees that were compromised by the hurricane. <br /> <br /> Personally, I will miss them when they are gone. I can't thank them enough for all they have done.
