Buying our first home this year was the greatest accomplishment to date. I've been following the work of JW Flooring through Facebook and loved their work. So once we closed on our home, there was no question or doubt in my mind that I would be hiring JW to bless our home. The entire process was very pleasant, professional, and quick! We replaced laminate with beautiful saltillo tile, and lovely carpet in the bedroom. From start to finish, estimate to presentation, and my constant questions, JW Flooring delivered high quality work, product, and professionalism. There's nobody else I'd rather have do my flooring. And I'm hiring them again for more work. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend them.

I would have JW Flooring back in a heartbeat. In fact, we were barely finished having them install our dining room wood floors before I was asking for an estimate for doing tile in our guest bathroom. The team is friendly, fast, and efficient. Jacob answered all our questions and communicated with us regularly about the job. They took out our slate floors in one day, a huge job that took time and care so as to not damage the foundation, but they did it without a hitch. The flooring they installed matched perfectly with wood flooring that we'd had done many years ago, something I was concerned about. In fact, my husband remarked that he actually liked the new wood better than the original. Overall, JW Flooring is the team to call. Price, service, communication, professionalism are their hallmarks.

This company is the best. They are professional. I had dealt with another company that would not call me back and had found JW Flooring and not only was he very responsive to my calls and questions but when he came over to get dimensions he brought over samples that first night for me to look over. I am so very pleased with the work done at my home! I happened upon JW Flooring in a very strange way, but I am so glad that Jacob answered the phone. He was so helpful and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and came and give me a great quote! Jacob is a rock star! The installation crew was on point also got the job done in one day, removable and clean up too and my floors look amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with JW Flooring! Their representative, Jacob, was incredibly professional, thorough, patient (it took us many weeks to decide the type of flooring) and enjoyable to work with. They even agreed to do one side of our house so we could have it finished to move in while we waited for the other to get renovated and complete after. After having dozens of contractors and businesses coming and going throughout our project, JW Flooring was the only contractor we trusted to provide us quality work on time. I now tell everyone do not call anyone else if you want to do your floors, call them if you want the best quality and pricing! They will work tirelessly to make sure you get what you want. My floors are beautiful. 3 floors of structure hardwood and parquet floor refinished to match new floors. Extremely customer oriented. Jacob Woo was friendly, patient, thorough, trustworthy and followed through on what he said he would do. There were no surprises throughout concerning price or workmanship.
