"Running late because it was pouring down the rain. When we got to the house, everything was supposed to been there as told by the homeowner everything was there. when I got there, it wasn’t we had to run to Home Depot and buy what we needed. Worked in the pouring down rain for five hours. Got it installed, and there was no electricity When finished asked why the electricity was not working the homeowner said the breaker wasn’t on went to turn on the breaker and the homeowner had not purchased fuses. Offered to go get them the fuses and the homeowner said no he would. Had to wait on homeowner for over an hour because he wanted to be home to see it .Get a call three days later that it’s not working it turns on but it’s not cooling or heating. When I asked the homeowner for how long he ran it, he said for about 30 minutes. I told him to run it just a little bit longer and if it wasn’t heating or cooling, I’d be happy to come back out. I never heard from them."
