K-A Carpet Cleaning

They picked the rug up and took it back to their shop to clean it.  They were a few minutes late, but they called to let us know, which was great.  They did a really nice job cleaning the rug, it looks terrific.  They delivered it to us on time.  We didn't need them to move furniture to put the new rug down because we were painting the room first, but they didn't know that and they were planning to help us move everything, take up the old rug and put the new one down. <br />

Kamil was very nice and explained services on the phone. I had special circumstances that required the rugs be cleaned and dried outside.    <br /> He normally did not do this but agreed to. <br /> At my request,. he waited till the weather forecast was going to be mild and sunny, for several days in a row. He cleaned all the carpets very thouroughly.  <br /> He knows quite a bit about carpets and about oriental carpets and answers your questions. <br /> He was extremely courteous, and comfortable to be with. <br /> He sends an informative newsletter quarterly and takes his business seriously. <br /> Highly recommend and plan to have back. <br />

Service was prompt and thorough. Price seemed reasonable for amount of work (took nearly 3 hours).  <br /> Courteous and neat. <br />

Kamil went above and beyond. I wanted to see if I could salvage some old, very dirty, smelly carpets in my apartment. He was straightforward, upfront, polite, patient, and realistic about my particular nightmare carpets. Kamil gave me a one-hour arrival window and came within the first half hour. He took his time in every corner of my rooms, checking in with me periodically to look at a room or area to see if it was completed to my satisfaction. The amount of dirt that came out of my carpets was amazing. By the time he finished, the carpets looked bright and almost new again. Several days later, Kamil called to check in, make sure I was satisfied, and see if I had any questions.

I bought one for myself and one for my parents.  He arrived to clean my carpets which came out very nice.  He went to my parents next and cleaned a very dirty couch (not part of the "deal" I purchased, but worth the extra fee), and areas of their carpet, including two throw rungs free of charge.  He was polite, efficient, fairly priced and prompt.  I would definitely recommend K-A Carpet Cleaning. <br />

Kamil was extrememly professional from the first telephone contact, responding in a clear and concise way to questions about availability and pricing.  He called beforehand to confirm the date and also on the day of service.  He did an extrememly thorough job, better than anyone I have ever hired before.  He cares about his work and is pleasant and obliging.  I would definitely use him again and give him an A plus rating. <br />

The provider more than met my expectations. He was responsive--fit us into his schedule at very short notice. He did an amazing job. He made our furniture look like new. I never thought the chair would look as good again, after being the resting spot for our two dogs. K-A got it cleaner than I ever imagined possible. <br /> He was professional, very easy to work with, and followed up with us to make sure our expectations were met. I would highly recommend this business! <br />

Excellent carpet cleaner.  He worked on spots that were  tough - coffee spills and stains mostly - maybe a few diet cokes too. <br /> He placed plastic squares under my mahogany and cherry furniture so that the wood would not stain the rug. He "raked" the carpet after to remove any excess moisture and to make it look great.  He also had a dryer which he placed on the rugs after they were cleaned.  Midway he asked me to check the carpets to see how they look.  They look great. <br /> He was friendly, ethical, very ready and capable to answer my questions.  <br /> <br />

The Carpets are 4 years old so some wear and rear but they look very clean after the work. <br />

Overall he did a fantastic job and i would recommend K-A carpet cleaning to everyone  in the area.   I will be getting my rugs cleaned once a year by them as Kamil suggested I do. <br />

I called some carpet cleaning companies, they weren't much help; scheduling, price, and non professionalism.  I then remembered that a friend recommended KA Carpet cleaning to me a few months back. The person I spoke to was very professional and gave me a great bundle price that I could not refuse. They were able to fit me into the schedule for a couple days after speaking. I received a confirmation call a day before and the guys who came were very helpful. They cleaned a few spots in my bedroom at no extra charge and informed me on the best way to keep my furniture and carpet clean.  <br /> <br /> Ive had people rush jobs on me or do an ok job. These guys actually took their time and after they were done made sure I had nothing else and no questions before he left. <br /> <br /> I would absolutely recommend them

Kamil, was amazing! He arrived on time and started cleaning the rug promptly. The rug came out beautiful and he was very efficient.
