Mr. Kim was totally professional, cost for the job he did was reasonable, maintained a clean work site by covering the space inside our home with tarps, thus preventing any scratches to our hardwood flooring, very knowledgeable of the problem and the repair(s) involved, did try to sell unnecessary work, a deligent timely repairman.

W. Kim is very courteous and knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing. He installed New central AC in our house and replaced all the ducting. His price is very reasonable and he recommends the right thing for your house according to the size and layout of the house. He finished his work on the scheduled time and date. I would definitely recommend him for AC/duct work in Orange County.

K2 just left my house after fixing a simple wiring problem causing the compressor of the A/C not functioning. The wrong wiring was done by the other contractor that I hired thru Home Adivsor before K2. Apparently, the other contractor screwed up. As soon as K2 opened the unit and diagnosed the problem with a tester, K2 was able to point out that the problem was due to the wrong wiring. He fixed in 10 minutes and the A/C is working now beatifully. I highly recommend K2 to my neighbors who are considering any A/C job during this hot summer!

I called K2 Air through the Home Advisor line and was transferred to Montae Kim and we spoke about the problem with my central air and heat unit. He offered to come inspect it for free before doing any work. That was at about 9 A.M. By 11:30 A.M., he had arrived to check everything out. He found that the first technician had left our fan unbalanced and offered to repair it and our initial problem for a very reasonable price. About an hour afterwards he was done! I would definitely recommend giving a call.

Mr. Kim is very patient to explain all questions I have. Price is really ressonable. Give good suggestions of how to improve cooling and warming house. Recommend to who needs good insulation and central cooling/heating system upgrage.
