Horrible. They changed the time, date 2 times than were 4 hrs late. They did not handle the furniture with any care. My $1300.00 table was laid on its side on the floor with nothing under or around to protect it. Two corners were scratched all the way to bare wood, with multiple scratches on the top. The chairs which were just thrown up on top of my furniture, with nothing to secure them had deep chips taken out. They argued with me, stating they were like that already. After aprox 1 hr. they left with the owner telling me to get a quote on repairs. The next day I saw that my dressers round knobs were bent completely sideways and the dresser was unstable. Also my lift top coffee table has deep chips out. I did send pictures of the table to the furniture repairman. He estimated 300.00 to repair. Today I called the owner of the company and told him about the other pieces plus estimated cost for repairs on table. I said that the other damages I could live with but not the table. He than stated that I went over the 2 hrs I paid for so he would consider that payment for table repairs. Which even if it went over, it was due to them staying at my house arguing with me and talking to the boss. This is my fault I guess for giving them a chance as I saw the previous reviews but thought it was more about their scheduling issues. 8 will be taking them to court and reporting to BBB. <br /> <br />

Please forgive me that I caught any anything that comes to harm you please forgive me. I’m just a small business. I’m in minority. I’m a black for Africa so if you give me a buy reputations this week take the business away from me. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience. I’ll cause you. This is my little business. Be my children. I depend on this to get food and medicine from there or if you give me a review cause me a lot of problems I’m not apologizing to you. I’m sorry for anything that I did to you. Please do it for your children. Forgive me. I’m sorry it was not mean I higher some people to help me to do this job for you, but there was a wrong person I’m very sorry, it’s not gonna happen again. Give me please forgive me your heart."

They were very prompt, negotiate the prices that put it up for the higher price and I was able to negotiate to a lower price. It was timely before that they were willing to negotiate, came out that day in Parkland, looked over in my driveways and walk ways when people I needed done, gave me a price, came to a conclusion, and did my service for the last 2 months. He has been here every 6 months. He does a good job.
