Bryan with Kaduce provided a range of options for replacing our system. He walked us through the costs and benefits of each option for our cabin. The install crew was friendly and did a good job installing they mini-split system we selected. They also completed the rebate process with the power company and registered our system with Carrier. The system is operating great. Very comfortable and much more energy efficient than our previous heating and cooling system. I would definitely choose Kaduce again.

Their salesman came by and diagnosed our problem (large banging sound). I was emailed an estimated and replied right away that we would like to schedule service. I never received a call until about a week later when they asked if I would be available that morning. There was no heads up or a scheduled time set up. Turned out they didn't have a part they needed to do it that day and was told they'd call when they had an opening and the part. Continued to wait until I got a call asking if I could do it the next day. When the install was done they left pieces of metal on my floor. Later that evening my a/c was no longer working. Called the salesman, he came by and told me it was my control panel that blew. Seemed like quit a coincidence that it all of a sudden broke right after they did the initial install. I would NEVER recommend them. They had no concern for customer schedules and that control panel took over a week to get installed and fix the problem.

Everything went perfect! The workers were very professional, very nice, and kept everything spotless! I am very happy with the performance of the furnace and central air. I highly recommend Kaduce Heating and Plumbing. Thanks again Kaduce!

About an hour after calling Kaduce Plumbing and Heating, the service person arrived and promptly set about replacing our recirculating pump on our hot water heat furnace. He did a great job, and we had heat in about 30 minutes after he arrived. The service man even questioned why I had throttled down one of our heat lines by about 70%. That line goes to our upstairs and with an open stairway, the heat goes upstairs so we need less heat up there. Even throttled down, our upstairs stays about 10-15 degrees warmer than the ground floor. The service man did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself, so it's neater around the furnace than when he arrived.

My husband and I framed a new bathroom and went by the specifications for the shower stall that they told us they would be installing. The shower they installed was different and had different dimensions so more framing had to be installed before they could put in the shower. They installed fiberglass shower stall, the upper wall overhangs lower wall (instead of being flush) and was filled in with caulking which makes it hard to clean as soap scum builds up there. The hot and cold water was hooked up wrong so that they had to make another trip to fix. The toilet tank was tightened too tight so that it tore the rubber gasket and leaked on the new flooring which then had to be fixed. They did come back and fix the toilet. Vanity and sink install went well. They also installed a water softener. They did not turn the water all the way back on and until we figured that out, we didn't have very much water pressure. They also forgot to turn the bypass lever so the water was not even going through the softener! I would never recommend them to anyone!!

The whole ordeal went very well. He ws very honest and didnt over charge me.
