had to check a blockage in a drain -- they didn't find anything (for a dishwasher) so I called in the dishwasher appliance repair person -- and they found a blockage in the drain -- ?? Had the plumber do some other minor repairs and checks while he was here and he did a good job. Pricing is good and he was professional and knowledgeable. Would probably use them again -- very nice. But the fact that he didn't find the blockage troubles me a bit.

It did not go well. The plumber showed up promptly - with quarter-turn shut-off valves. I needed multi-turn shut-off valves. He looked at the toilet and said I needed a new one. He called two different plumbing supply companies for me to get information about a new toilet. Then we rescheduled the appointment. I bought the toilet and brought it home. The day of the second appointment, a different plumber from the same company showed up. He also had quarter-turn shut-off valves, instead of the multi-turn valves that I needed, so he left for around an hour or more to buy the valves that I needed. In the interim, the head maintenance guy from my apartment building showed up to check on me. I told him what was happening. He told me that I didn't need a new toilet, that the company would supply new innards, but I needed a plumber to change out the old parts for the new parts. Then the plumber returned and changed out the old valves for the new valves. By the time he was finished doing that, the water shut-down time was almost elapsed (Thursdays from 9:00 am-12:00 pm), and I really wasn't feeling well. I told him I would reschedule, and he left. I never called the company back.

They were neat and clean and reviewed everything with us before they left.

Went well with Kyle both times. Second time he didn't have the adaptor needed to connect new faucet lines to my old larger feeds, but went to get it without complaint.

They came in under budget because they found items that could save us money. They also finished early. They were professional and on time. There was one time when they could not come but they called well in advance to notify us. I was very satisfied with the services.

Called Kamaaina to schedule gave the office girl info about my heater. She took my order number and had their plumber pick up my heater at the place I purchased the heater. They showed up on time and with my heater. After talking to the plumber about what was needed they proceeded to install and clean up. all went perfect and the charges where correct on what was quoted.

I have used Kamaaina Plumbing & Renovations many times in the past. The service is always great, their employees are always prompt and courteous, and their work is always efficient.

Difficult condition .. Plumbers addressed each challenge with a positive attitude. Included removal and re installation of hot water heater as well as dishwasher .. and access thru a drywalled panel for heater drainage. <br />
