"I greatly apologize for the inconvenience. I did call you the same day. As soon as I found out the new employee did not clean the laundry room. This was to fix the problem before you even found it. Also, the door was closed and she thought it was a closet. We do ask our clients to leave the doors open to rooms they want us to clean so we know what not to bother out of respect for privacy and the client. I also offered to come right back so like I said to correct a mistake before it became a problem, but you never responded. However, we did dust mop and clean all the rest of the home. We however, only go as far as we can reach on a step ladder for safety reasons. We also have made sure you will be refunded 50% of your cleaning amount back to you. Again we apologize for the the inconvience. We were also there longer than the time allotted and asked if you wanted us to continue we were told no to do what we can in the time we were paid. It clearly states anything over 4 hours is to be paid at time of service. I also had 3 ladies out because one was new. It would of been helpful if you would have answered and let me know so I could of solved the issue at that time not wait until Thursday and decide you are now upset with the service. Again you have been refunded 50% of your money and we do apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you chose to use us again and if so we are willing to give you a 30% discount on any future cleaning thank you and have a blessed day."
