Window Cleaning
They were excellent. Three guys had all the windows cleaned inside and out in less than 2 hours and they look amazing. We will hire them again in the fall.

Not only did they clean the gutters on question, but also checked and cleaned other gutters around the house. We were being charged the minimum service call charge and so they worked to that number rather than only what I asked be done. Can't complain about that.

It was OK, could have been a little better, still found areas that looked like they were missed with the pressure washer. The windows were done well. Seemed a little over priced for the work performed.

They did not take the screens off of 3 windows so those three did not get cleaned at all. Plus one other window did not get cleaned. They also did not clean out or wipe any of the window sills on the outside. I ended up cleaning them myself. I talked to Karin's Services because they always call after the job is completed. I told them what was not done. They offered to have the two men come back and I told them I had already cleaned these windows but not wiped out all the sills on the outside of the house. She offered to knock 10% off of my bill. I said I did not want to pay for the windows that were not cleaned and I wanted 15% off. She said she would check with management and call me back. She also said that the 2 young men were new to the job. When she called me back she offered 15% off and asked me to take pictures next time so that the young workers could learn from their mistakes. Their price has gone up considerably since I started having them clean my windows many years ago. I will be shopping around for better pricing next year.
