The fire pit is great! I looks so nice. They did a great job and were very helpful in picking out stone for the fire pit. It's built into the side of a hill, so they had to build two walls to make the pit flat. They did a great job!

It went well. They were on time and working hard for most of the day as our roof and windows were quite dirty. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite and responsible.

They do fine work. I ask them not to use razor blades on the glass. Wish the price was less, but appear to be comparable with other large companies.

Very well.

Karin's was an absolute disaster to work with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have a roughly 20 foot driveway, but it is steep, so I decided to hire a plow service this winter. It is my first winter in this house, and the driveway is pretty treacherous to back down after a fresh snow, and isn't very fun to shovel due to the incline. After I hired Karin's, the first two snowfalls thereafter I ended up having to shovel myself anyway because the snow plow guys did not show up until the afternoon. Due to the steepness of my driveway, it needs to be cleared before I can safely back my car down it (hence why I hired a plow service), but if they don't show up until the afternoon, it doesn't personally do me any good. I understand that my situation was a bit unique due to the steep incline of my driveway, so I decided to give them another chance after explaining to them that my driveway needs to be plowed in the morning. The next snowfall was roughly 5 inches (according to their invoice). The snowplow came in the morning like I expected them to and cleared the driveway. They did a solid job - it took them less than a minute. The month ends, and that plow ends up being the only one I receive for the month due to their previous tardiness, and lack of snowfall for the rest of the month. Then, low and behold, I get the invoice for the services that month and they try to charge me DOUBLE the contract price for my single plow because there were 5 inches of snow! My $30 plow just became a $60 plow! Again, this plow took them less than a minute to perform. I reached out to Karin's to explain that there must be a mistake - I only received 1 plow, and was charged for 2. They respond (several days later) and state that my invoice is correct - and direct me to the fine print on the contract I signed. Buried in a long paragraph is this sentence - "Large storms (e.g. blizzards, rapid snow accumulation, etc.) may not allow service to be completed every four inches however service will be invoiced every four inches". That's it. Pretty vague, and very ambiguous. Could be interpreted in a few different ways, but the lady explains that since there were 5 inches of snow that day, the plow price is doubled. I explain that this seems extremely unfair, and due to my driveway being so short and easy to plow, that $60 for less than a minute of work is ridiculously expensive. The difference between 4 inches and 5 inches or 6 inches makes no difference to them in the difficulty or time it takes my particular driveway to plow. The customer service I received was pathetic, and I felt re-traded (ON MY FIRST PLOW!), so I cancelled my services. If you have a small flat driveway and don't need to be plowed first thing in the am - Karin's may work fine for you. But be prepared to pay double your contract price if it snows between 5-8 inches, and perhaps triple if it were to snow 9-12 inches. And be prepared to have horrible and rude customer service if you have any questions or comments. The idea of a snow plow service sounded like a great idea to me, but I simply can't afford to pay someone $60 for less than a minute of work. It's crazy. So instead, I will go buy a snow blower for far cheaper than this service would have cost me for the year and just do it myself. My advice: try someone else. These guys are far from impressive, and clearly just trying to gouge their customers every change they get.

Good-although I would like the end of the driveway plowed from the street plowing-hard to shovel.

The work was done in a timely fashion as I asked. Grass looked terrible. I was told trimming would be done, but it obviously was not.

It went well. I've had a couple of issues with responsiveness. I would rather that they come less frequently but they're on a schedule. Part of my lawn got tucked too low and died a little bit. It would be ideal if they came out on request.

<p>obviously I waited way too long to write this - so don't want to be too negative because its not fair to the company at this point.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>I just wish companies would notify the consumer when they are going to perform the actual work (this was the second time in a year that I had a service performed where I was not told when it would occur - and just came home to find it done I prefer to be present for any service, and will make sure to make that clear from now on</p> <br />

The work was done fine. I don't see any bad effect from it at all. The were no additional costs on the "Big Deal" I purchased. There were no issues. They did the job.

Was not impressed. Plugs removed, if at all, were very small. Expect to have significant plugs removed from soil to obtain proper aeration. <br />
