Service Quality: Excellent during the eight weeks she cleaned our home. Reliability: After I provided a house key, scheduled cleanings stopped without notice. Communication: My wife and I reached out to confirm she was okay, but we received no response. Overall: Quality of work was strong, but the lack of communication and abrupt end of service were unexpected and unprofessional. We now to replace the door locks and reprogram the garage door security. We treated Kati with respect and paid her immediately after her cleaning visits.

We asked for only bathrooms and tile floors. She was wonderful. Will definitely use her again.

I just have to sing her praises for a minute because WOW. The job she did on my house was absolutely amazing. I was sitting in the living room trying to do homework and kept looking around like? wait, did she clean the fan? Wait did she clean the TV too? And every time I looked at something I realized?yep? spotless. She scrubbed the walls, baseboards, everything. It was exactly the deep spring cleaning and refresh my place needed. Life has been life-ing over here. Between my kids, my sister, working two jobs, and being in my PhD program, the upkeep just got away from me. Walking into the house after she finished honestly felt like a weight lifted. Everything feels so fresh and peaceful now. When she texted to ask how I liked it, my answer was simple: phenomenal work. She truly put her whole elbow into this cleaning. And the best part ? She even cleaned the stove, which was not even on my list and let me tell you? immaculate. If you are looking for someone to clean your home, choose her.

My house was fairly atrocious, to say the least, but they did a WONDERFUL job helping us get back to a livable space! I cannot say thank you enough. I am physically ill, husband is working a lot and we have 3 messy kiddos so you can imagine how bad our house was. But it was worse than that. Thank you SO much for helping us get back to square one and be happy in our house again!

Katerena was super nice, communicative and asked me about cleaners and smells. Which was amazing because I almost forgot to tell her that most cleaners give me an allergic reaction! We have three dogs and lots of dog hair. House looks amazing!

Karis Cleaning service was amazing! My home looks immaculate including a microwave with smoke scum was cleaned, I tried cleaning that smoke scum out for months with no success.
