Karl Huey

This is the 2nd time I hired Karl Huey. He found me the perfect home for my family that meet ny needs exactly. This time Karl Huey made selling my rental home stress free. He is a wealth of knowledge of the Las Vegas market and is very proactive compared to other Realtors. He was able to get a buyer at asking price the first day it was on the market. The total process was finished in 3 weeks which was a godsend for me. He really saved me all the headache and made selling my home a painless experience. I recommend Karl to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

After taking Karls excellent advice on repainting my condo and some minor updates. It was listed on 5/26/16 and offer received and accepted on 5/29/2016. With closing set for 6/24/2016. <br>The price received was higher than the values shown on the online "estimates".  <br>Karl paid much attention to detail, accompanied the photographer, brought flowers and other items to enhance the photos. Spent time and effort in re arranging items etc etc. He was knowledgable , great communication skills and a pleasure to work with. <br>He promptly dealt with any issues and responded quickly to any requests made by the buyers realtor. He kept everything on schedule, which resulted in a smooth sale. Always keeping me fully informed. <br>Also have to praise the entire Realty team, all very efficient, kept on top of documents for signing, followed up where required. Also the photographer who took amazing photographs, that showed off the condo in the most flattering way. <br>I would highly recommend  Karl Huey and the entire Realty team.

Karl Huey was very highly recommended on Angie's list, so we interviewed him, together with several other top-rated realtors. Huey was far and away the most knowledgeable.  We signed an agreement with him to list our house. What a great realtor!  <br /> Karl came in with a specific plan on how to sell our home.  He explained his process and what he needed from us and then we went to work.  His ability to stage the home and then get it up on the net was simply amazing and resulted in multiple offers in less than 24 hours, both over and above our asking price.  He didn't stop working once we had an offer.  His assertiveness in keeping the process going brought the deal home.  A real professional, he and his team were great to work with.  He was always available to answer questions or handle concerns and was right there with us all the way through closing paperwork.  You can't do better than Huey and he's a great person to boot!  I'd give him ten on a five-star scale.  Definitely recommend! <br />

I couldn't have expected a better outcome.  I sold my house and bought a condo in record time. Karl gave me advice as to how to stage my home that I was selling in Las Vegas with excellent attention to details.  He had professional photos taken (at his expense), descriptive fliers printed and distributed to the neighborhood - all before the open house.  Karl Huey and his real estate team are a very organized, efficient, and extremely competent real estate company.  They are very knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with.  They have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. It has been an excellent experience.  Many potential buyers and realtors visited my house on "open house" day and for the following week.  I got a couple of bids within 10 days of listing my home.  Huey, as he likes to be called, is honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We have not had good experiences with realtors in the past.  I decided to join Angies list and contacted three of the realtors who were hightly rated.  Huey was the only one who responded and he has been great.  From the start he was on the ball.  He made appointments and kept them, walked through our home and made suggestions on improvements to show our home well, he gave us contacts for a handyman and landscaper and made arrangements for the photographer to video our home. The pictures were fantastic.  We were listing our home in mid October.  Huey told us if we didn't sell it the first month we would probably not sell it till the spring.  Few people buy home before the holidays. Four days after it was listed we had an acceptable offer and closed prior to the holidays with no surprizes.  We never had a question left unanswered, a phone call or email not returned. Working with Karl was a real pleasure, he really knows real estate and the market in Las Vegas.  At our first meeting Karl evaluated our House and recommended we do a few things to make the house attractive for a good and quick sale.  When we told him that we would not be in Las Vegas to have the services completed, Karl recommended service providers that he had worked with in the past to accomplish all the tasks suggested. Base on Karl's knowledge of the real estate market in Las Vegas we chose to do everything he suggested.  We used two of his recommended service providers (for painting the inside of the house, and some yard work) and then we found our own carpet cleaning service.  Whether we used his suggested service providers or found our own  Karl was very attentive in the coordination of all the work to ensure that the schedule and necessary access to the property was achieved and went smoothly. <br /> Once the house was ready, Karl had it listed very quickly, just after the 4th of July. We had 5 offers in about a week, we countered one offer and then signed the final paperwork on Saturday July 19th. <br /> Communications were great.  Whether it was the coordination of work, status updates via telephone or email, Karl kept us well informed for; real estate, title, escrow, inspection, paperwork, etc.  Email, priority mail & Fed Ex were used as required since we live out of state.  Karl coordinated very well with the title company (which arranged to have a "mobile notary" come by our house on a Saturday for signing of the final closing documents). <br /> Overall we were very pleased with the services that Karl provided and with the final outcome.  Our house sold very quickly, and smoothly, not to mention that the selling price exceeded our expectations, thanks to the recommended "modest" improvements and details that were taken care of. <br /> <br /> <br />

Our experience with Karl was fantastic! He and his wife, Lisa, work as a team, and they both provided friendly, professional, top-notch service to us. They were incredibly helpful. <br /> In advance of our on-site appointment at their realty office, they provided us with dozens of property listings to look at, adjusting and customizing our search each time we had questions or gave feedback. He answered all of our questions and even went out of his way to find us additional information when we asked. I was very impressed by how well he listened to what we wanted and needed, and adjusted his approach accordingly; many realtors I have worked with do the opposite, trying to sell me on what they think I should want rather than what I'm actually asking for. <br /> After making sure we had what we needed, Karl and Lisa sent us out to explore the city. They checked up on us the next day and again later in the week, which showed excellent follow-through. <br />  Our overall experience with Karl and Lisa was fantastic, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone, especially people considering a relocation. I think it's important to point out that we are not even actively buying a property at this point, so we received this amazing service just as potential, future buyers-- incredible.  Additionally, Karl and Lisa are just incredibly nice, friendly people who make a potentially stressful situation feel very comfortable. Karl was straight forward, honest, and easy to work with.   He walked us through the many questions we had.  He was punctual and kept all his promises for getting us information quickly.  He develops great relationships with all he works with.  Even our lender was really impressed with how he was on top of everything and communicating with everyone.  His wife Lisa was also a great joy to work with.  I highly recommend them to anyone.  We were blessed to have them on our side of the negotiations. <br />

He got me top dollar for it and we are completely satisfied. We live in another state and it can be difficult to get things arranged, but I never had a problem with him. He, or his office, always kept me informed with what was going on. He has been very dillegent to get everything handled on a timely basis. His wife, who is the coordinator, is also great to deal with and always pleasant.  His commision rate is very reasonable, as well.

Karl was amazing.  We had a previous experience with a Realtor that did not go well at all.  A coworker recommended Karl and he was very punctual getting back to us.  The first time he met us he went over our wants and needs for the house.  He went through a few houses (3) and immediately knew what we were looking for.  Karl was there every step of the process and we are first time home buyers and had many questions and he had the answers to them all.  He went with us to the design center and provided suggestions but was not pushy about it in any way what so ever.  He was a great resource and made an extremely difficult process go smoothly.
