Concrete started chipping, Karl Koch came out a couple times, but could not get it repaired. I had to take him to court and found out he did not have insurance. I won the court case but I have not seen a cent! Claims he has no money, I had to file liens on his [roperty. Do not get involved with this guy!!

It went well. Karl knew what he was doing, and at 80 years old, worked as hard as all of his young helpers. He added enough steel to ensure the sidewalk was strong and could withstand the stress of tree roots, etc., in the area. However, he failed to put an expansion joint between the paving and the home foundation. I have contacted him twice since the area, next to the foundation, has blown up due to the lack of an expansion joint. He has promised to get back to me and fix it. It has been about 5 months since the first contact and I have not seen him.

Mr. Koch and his team were prompt, knowledgeable and professional.  Work was performed as stated and area was cleaned at the completion of the job.

He first came out 04/01/2015 and I did not have the money for the service. I called him up around the end of August. I asked him if the previous contract proposal was still valid. He looked it up and told me that he would honor that estimate. I was very happy that he did not increase the estimate that was previously provided. I asked him if the senior citizens discount applied, he said that it did and he knocked off 10% off the original estimate. Can't beat that!. I had several estimate from other contractors for my driveway repair. Several of the estimates were well over $4000.00, so to get the driveway done at the price I paid was such a great deal. Him and his crew were very polite, professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves, the finished the job a day early. I have had several neighbors and friends compliment my repaired driveway already. I can't say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them to any and all.

Mr. Koch was ahead of schedule despite his busy time and the poor weather conditions.  He was flexible enough to add additional square footage mid way in the job and the patio looks absolutely fantastic.  His final price met his estimate with a reasonable addition for the extra work that I requested.  It is a beautiful patio, that drains well.  His bid was about 10% higher than other bids that we got, but I feel that his work is superior and well worth the cost. <br />

Karl came out  to give the estimate and we set up the time to complete the job. Karl and his crew arrived promptly and went right to work. I was impressed that Karl was there to oversee the job , not like some contractors who do not ever make sure that the job is done correctly. They did a great job for a fair price and completed the job in one day. I would not hesitate to use Karl's services again or to recommend him. <br />

Contacted Karl Koch a month ago to set up meeting and receive a quote for work.  Immediately responded to my call, and met with contractor within two days.  Work started on December 2 and was completed on December 3.  All demolishing took place first day, then patio slab was framed, and concrete was poured on the second day.  Everything was quick, efficient and looks great.  Also, with the extra concrete left over from job, patched up crack in driveway and front walkway.  This is the second time I have used this contractor and I have been 100% satisfied. <br />

Karl and his guys showed up exactly when they said they would. The job was rather large (for me anyway) and his guys were awesome. The skill that Karl brings to his works is unmatched and I hope that I have the opportunity to work with him again in the future. Sure there are guys that will do the job cheaper but nobody that we had quote the work really convinced me that they knew how to prepare the existing slab and tie the new material into the existing slab as well as Karl. Even though he knew that we were putting down carpet over the new pour, he and his guys made the thing dead flat so it we ever wanted to do hardwood or tile there would be no extra prep.  <br /> I cannot express how pleased we are with the job that Karl and his guys did. If you're looking for a concrete contractor, look no further. <br /> <br /> <br />

Karl's crew came early and worked hard.  On day one, they completed all the excavation, the framing, and putting in the rebar reinforcements.  On the second day, they poured all the concrete.  This was a day of hard work.  It was very hot and they had to push  wheelbarrows up hill to get the concrete from the truck to the job site.  All of the crew worked hard.  They were all polite.  There was no complaining or grumbling about the hard work.  By using quick dry concrete, they were able to completely finish our patio on the second day. <br /> I will say this.  Karl's work cost more than the other estimate that I received.  However, we liked Karl's professionalism and were glad that he did the work for us.  We would hire him again and recommend him to others. <br />

Karl knows concrete.  He fixed our walkway several years ago and it has stayed fixed, unlike previous repair attempts.  Our driveway gate post had also been repaired before by a fence company and was leaning again so the driveway gate scraped the driveway.  This time I know it will stay standing straight.  In addition, when I talked to him about getting a new gate he suggested painting the existing gate.  The painted gate looks good and the suggestion saved us a lot of money. <br />

Karl and his crew were fast and professional. Came in on time and budget. I'll use them again.
