Kathernine does an amazing job and is very easy to have in the house. She is meticulous and thorough. She always is super kind to my mother and will try to accommodate to wishes.

Kathi has helped us with keeping our house clean for more than 15 years. We initially asked her to come, because we liked the fact that it is the same person, who cleans every time (vs. getting different teams every time through a larger cleaning service). Kathi does a great job and we fully trust her. She also has helped us out in the past with taking care of our indoor plants when we were out of town. We recommend her services.

Katherine is excellent. She was our cleaner when we owned our house in Shoreview and did a great job during a critical time in our life. Her work is thorough and always gives us an emotional lift from a clean house. We moved away for awhile and couldn’t use her but when we moved back to Shoreview she was the first perso we called. A friend as well as a valued provider, reasonably priced too, we would strongly recommend her.

Katherine has cleaned for us for 6 1/2 years. We have to have her stop working for us simply because of our family's finances, but I wanted to write a review to make sure someone out there snaps her up quickly! You won't regret it. Katherine has done general house cleaning for us every two weeks. She has always been very accommodating of our schedule whether we were there with little ones underfoot, or away from the house. I always felt comfortable leaving when she was there or even leaving my door open for her to come a few minutes after I'd left for work. She is very responsive to what I want cleaned and with young children, I so appreciate that she uses eco/bio friendly cleaning products. She always gave my dog a little love and was always willing to let him out if necessary. Katherine is prompt and efficient. In addition, in the last six years, I have so enjoyed her friendly demeanor. Although I'm sure I slow her down, I enjoy getting to chat with her on the days that I am actually there when she comes to clean! Her pricing is very fair and right in line with other individuals/companies. We will miss her and nice job she did for us!!

Katherine is kind, efficient, professional and works very hard at her profession.I would be happy to recommend her services to anyone. I believe this is one of those services that quality is commensurate with quality. You will probably find someone to clean your home that may be less money, but I would find it difficult to believe you could find a service that does it better. Do NOT hesitate to discuss your needs with her - I have always found her to be willing and available to help, yet flexible enough to change when necessary with a reasonable notice.

Katherine has been providing house cleaning services at our home for well over a year. Her work is thorough and professional. She uses organic products, which we consider to be a huge plus. Kat has been cleaning for us for almost 3 years.  We started with monthly cleanings at our old 1950's rambler and now have her clean our new house twice per month.  She is prompt, trustworthy, friendly and does a great job of cleaning our house.   She uses natural cleaning products which awesome - I come home to a clean house without the caustic smells.  She spends 4 hours at our house each time - I can either leave her a note to hit target areas, or she does a standard cleaning.  Would recommend her services! <br />

Katherine came out and she cleaned my house. She is on time. She uses all natural products. Not afraid to get right in. I am just impressed with the way she gets into it. She is very thorough. She cleaned everything. She is very dependable. I would highly recommend her.

Katherine is definitely top notch and ensures that the surface areas are sparkling (floors, counter and table tops, sinks, tub, toilet, etc.) and hidden areas are dust free (gets under furniture) Our 2 cats can shed a lot of hair and get into things, yet Kathleen deals with patience and care. Kathleen uses environmentally sound products to ensure the sparkle in our home. <br />

My experience with them has been good.  Everything has been good so far.  The quality of their work, pricing, responsiveness, and punctuality are all good.

She is very thorough and very fast. She is very personable. I have her scheduled every other week.

It went very well.  Kathy was on time and started work right away.  The first time she worked with us in the garage and she is very willing, capable and pleasant to work with.  The second time she tackled a very neglected bathroom in the basement.  Great job in both areas.  We are trying to set up a continuing time with her that works in our schedule and hers and is scheduled to come back next week.  My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson Plus two years ago and it has been a struggle to keep up with everything.  Kathy has been a very welcome relief for both of us and we are looking forward to having her back many times in the future.

Katherine was very friendly and personable when she came over for an estimate. We discussed what would be done and what products she would use. Since we have a toddler and pets, I was very happy to hear that she uses safe, environmentally-friendly cleaning supplies. Katherine was flexible with her schedule. It is AMAZING to come home to a beautifully cleaned home. Katherine does a great job. She gets the house much cleaner than I ever had time to. The countertops and appliances shone just like new! I am very impressed with her work and thankful for the help.

Katherine has been a life saver since my surgery.  She is pleasant, prompt and thorough and very flexible in what she will do.  When my original plans for lawn mowing fell through, she agreed to step in even though it was very hot and all I had was a push mower.  She did an excellent job of mowing and housecleaning and is very pleasant to work with and have around.  She will also work within a person's budget. For instance,  I made her a list of things to do ranking items by importance and she worked through the list until she had reached my budgeted amount.  I feel very fortunate to have found Katherine.

Regarding the bi-weekly cleaning, her cleaning services are thorough and consistent -- same nice little touches every time she comes. I guess the best thing I can say is she does treat my home like its her own. <br /> <br /> Regarding the rental property cleaning, I started off with just a few hours for her and she communicated with me extremely well regarding what she had done and what, in her opinion, still needed to be done. Kathy came out for a one-time cleaning on less than one week's notice and it was terrific! She did a very thorough job and did everything I asked, including dusting off all the cupboards and high ledges.
