Wonderful little place with big service! Tommy was very helpful without being pushy or pressuring for the entire experience. Showed us several options for custom shades after taking time to understand what we were looking for. Visited our house within a couple of days to measure and priced our top choices for our consideration, including being knowledgeable about the current sales for the various companies being considered. After our decision, he gave us a realistic timeline for ordering and set up installation. Showed up on time for installation, and was very respectful of our carpets (he wore shoe covers) and careful of the window woodwork during removal of old items and installation of new. We were very happy with the entire experience!

Great. Called to request installation of blinds I purchased elsewhere February 2020. Because of Covid, the place where I purchased would not install. Tried contacting 3 other places that sell blinds to see if they would install. Because I did not purchase from them, they would not install. Searched Angies List and found Kathy's Shade Shop. Contacted them and in 2 hours, someone arrived to install. In 20 minutes, he was done. Great job.

Excellent. Tommy was our sales person, measurer and installer. He was extremely helpful and directed me in my choices. I loved that you only had to deal with one person. Products were perfect and in a very timely manor. Tommy is a very skilled window treatment person. They get my highest rating and definitely recommend them.

On two different times I have used Kathys Shade shop to restring blinds that have broken. They managed to finish one job with a day which I thought was fantastic! Very knowledgeable staff able to answer all of my questions.

Turnaround time was very fast., work was done well. The thing that I especially want to point out is the work for the panel track blind. The manuacturer had gone out of business so parts weren't available. Since parts couldn't be ordered, we asked if he could try to fix the blind using old parts we had saved from the first time the blind had broken and we contacted the manufacturer for replacement. He had a "let's try it" attitude, and got it done! Another local, well-rated blind repair place wouldn't do this for us when we asked. We'll definitely be coming here again for future blind repairs. <br />

I took a shade in to be restrung. Estimate was $30 and two or three days before it would be done. Turned out they finished it that day and it only cost $25 because I had overestimated the size of the shade when I called. It's been working fine since I reinstalled it. <br />

The installer came to my house to measure all the windows before ordering the blinds.  Once the blinds were in stock, they came back to my house and installed them.  Both visits to my house went very well.  They were professional and did their work quickly.  The product we purchased was a bit expensive, but worth it.  After a year and a half, they look great and work great. <br />

They did a great job for us.  The tech suggested alternatives to some of the more expensive shades to help us in our buying decision.  They came back installed the shade and made sure that they did a top notch job.  We definitely would use them again <br />
