It was just okay. We didn't have to pay extra but she ended up staying longer than she was supposed to. It was kind of awkward and then we felt like we should give her a little something extra for staying an extra hour. We gave her like another $20. The price was good. We would probably try another company.

I gifted a spring cleaning to a relative. Katie was very thorough and easy to work with according to my relative who can be very demanding. She went above and beyond. <br />

this girl is a frosted flake.  she's never on time and always seemed to have more important things to do, e.g., picking up friends, etc.  she seems like a nice person superficially, but she's unreliable and that's pretty BIG when you're cleaning someone's house.  she was scheduled to come clean my house again in AUGUST AND I'M STILL WAITING!!!!!! <br />

It didn't go well. They didn't do that good. The price was way too much for what they do. It them like two months to come out. She was nice and friendly. She left some old dirty towels in the bathroom that she was cleaning with and put them on top of my in-decorative towels. I was really mad I had to wash everything.

She was another one that was a talker and didn't get everything done. Her price was good. You just don't talk to the client...I mean, you can chitchat a little. I had things to do and both she this other service provider, I had to ask them to leave because it went past the time.

Nothing major to complain about.  Nothing really bad to say at all.

<p>I bought a $99 big deal for this service. They could have more responsiveness and better organization. They forgot our appointment a few times and did not show up. </p>

I bought the cleaning deal from Angie's list . I would like Angie to refund my money. <br /> Cleaning  was terrible.  Here are jsut a few of the things I found after they left: <br /> 1.  Master bedroom:  floor was not cleaned.  under the bed had huge dust balls  <br />       Corners of ceiling were not dusted.  <br /> 2. 2nd-3rd and 4th bedrooms the same. <br /> 3.  Kitchen:  counters were not cleaned.  Did not move items and clean  Floor terrible <br /> 4. Dining Room:  Floor was terrible.   <br /> I could go on but what is the point.   <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>It went very good.  Kate and her employee are both very personable and professional.  They were on time.  Kate asked what my priorities and expectations were.  </p> <p>Both ladies worked very hard for four hours, and, got more done than I expected.   I was picky on a few things which Kate's employee took well, and, fixed.    <br /> <br /><br /> <br /></p> <p>It was so nice to have everything look so great that I've scheduled cleaning appointments for the future.  Having Katie's Cleaning Service clean our house frees me up to attend to other household projects.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

It was great. They did a really good job. They did the best. Everything can be cheaper. I think they should adjust their pricing depending on how much business they're getting. I was very happy with them. I'd have them back. I'd give them a top score on everything. They're very good. I'd use them in the future. I would try them again. I think they were very complete and dedicated and I think they represented themselves very well.

It was great. They came out a week or two after we called. It wasn't a complete job as some things we've had but it was fine for what we paid for.

She was nice lady.

Awesome job!  My house probably hadn't been dusted in a year and she managed to clean everything in a very timely manner. <br />
