KB Cleaning and Maid Services

I waited almost a month to write this review. I was excited to have this cleaner come to my home for an affordable deep clean. I guess you get what you pay for. On my initial call, I set up monthly cleanings, the lady on the phone was so polite. My home was mainly dusty as I had been gone for 2 months, other than that, it was fairly clean. I have used several cleaning services and this was by far the worse, especially for a deep clean. First, I received a message that the ladies were running late, that?s fine, life happens. They arrived 15 min late and began cleaning. I had a doctors appointment and assured them I would be back soon. Oh, forgot to mention that they wouldn?t begin cleaning until I paid, which in hindsight is a pretty good gig because regardless of the job they do, you already paid. I also added a tip. Long story short, I paid for 4 man hours. When I got home, I stayed in my driveway because I didn?t want to be in the way. One of the ladies came out and got in her car with 40min left. 20 min later, the other lady came out. That?s when they left. My bath tub did not seem clean to me and the toilet had not been cleaned. While they don?t move furniture, they also must not clean under furniture with accessible floor areas. I was just going to let it go but then I ran my finger across my baseboard and had a finger stained with dust. I paid for a deep clean so now I was upset. I texted the number of the lady that had been corresponding with me, explained why I was unhappy with the service, reiterated the late arrival and early leaving, stated all the issues I just listed above and said I wanted to cancel regular cleaning. To this day, almost a month later, no one has responded. I know they read my message because the next scheduled cleaning has come and gone with no contact from anyone. They will never again get my money. A regular cleaning from other cleaning companies is by far 10 times better than their ?deep clean?. I have never felt like my home wasn?t clean when other companies did a regular cleaning. Buyers beware!

Out of all the companies I contacted, this was the only one that returned my call. They were on time and very polite!
