The technicians were friendly and professional. They took care of my service and did not rush. Customer service from the office is lacking. I was asking twice to reschedule my scheduled service because they were “busy “. Not how you treat a customer.

KB made the whole HVAC repair wonderful. From explaining the service expectations, accurate updates to onsite service. Once the technician arrived it was a professional service. Jeff explained what he needed access. Gave expert advice of what he is analyzing and gave recommendation. Jeff was honest and fair. He was to the point but same time personable. Didn’t try to over sell but offered additional value of service if interested. This was appreciated. Most companies pressure hard but Jeff did not. I would call KB for future service. Highly recommended. A++++

6/26 Hunter Hammond very respectful, charming, knowledgeable fella. Asked for his business card…didn’t have one yet, but will save his name in KB Contacts. 9/25 Seth was respectful and informative during our HVAC visit. He was able to ask his supervisor about some questions we had with our house having cold and warm zones making it difficult to regulate with our existing thermostat location. He assisted us in scheduling a household assessment with a KB Complete specialist to determine potential next steps. In the meantime, we discussed how to cope when the seasons change and we have more people in the house in order to make everyone as comfortable as possible. We also liked that Seth admitted he was new to the industry and didn't try to just make something up if he didn't know the exact answer Left one 2 years ago ~Bummer the previous 5 star review erased when I went to add today's seasonal check-up review. I used the QR code on the postcard Seth left. It went straight to my previous review and when I pushed the + sign to add the new one, it eliminated the original. So, maybe user error or potentially something to consider with the postcards? Update: googled about google reviews ha ha! Apparently you can only have one review current per business, so you have to either edit or delete any previous reviews. That answers that!

Phillip was in time and very polite and kind. He did a great job explaining some of the different options available for our plumbing needs.

Russell did a great job checking out the furnace. Thorough, very nice guy, very knowledgeable. I would call for him again.
