I am thrilled with my experience after hiring KB Contractors. Kelsi, her leads and her hands were all incredibly helpful and responsive to every question and concern I had along the way. Timelines, quality and professionalism were higher than any other contractor Iâ ve had. Every time I pull up to my property or sit on my back porch I feel a sigh of relief with how aesthetically pleasing and practical everything turned out. I had some initial ideas and they helped me get the best out of my property, they really are the experts. Canâ t recommend Kb enough!

We initially had a great experience with KB. They laid sod, built a walkway, and installed plants back in August. Our experience changed as soon as the project was completed, though. No one will return texts or calls regarding the walkway stone that was chipped during installation and has broken further. We were also told we'd be receiving a plant guide which we are still waiting on. Furthermore, we've lost one, possibly two, of the plants. Finally, we were told someone would be by to power wash our driveway after the installation, and that did not happen. It's disappointing because they were really great before and during the project. The yard looks good, but the chipped stone and dead plants are very noticeable and certainly not what we paid for. The complete lack of communication after making payment has kept me from recommending their services.

I'm waiting for approval from HOA to begin work. I believe they will exceed expectations.

Kelsi and team were great to work with. They refreshed part of my backyard that was in need of attention. During the initial phase of the project, she offered suggestions and drawings that helped me visualize the outcome. Her team was also excellent. They completed the job efficiently and cleanly. They repurposed existing landscaping rock, pavers, etc which helped keep costs down. We’re pleased with the experience and outcome.

Kelsi was very responsive from the initial contact and throughout the project. She prepared a design based on our correspondence using the survey which was very helpful. Due to the unprecedented Texas freeze and timing of the project plant choices were limited but we are very pleased with the final product and highly recommend Kelsi and her team!

Working with Kelsi and her team was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I recently purchased a home and unfortunately the yard was a neglected disaster. I didn't know where to begin, KBcontractors came up with a plan that took native landscape, watering and maintenence needs into consideration. The work got started within about a week of accepting the bid, the price was very reasonable and did not change. They did a beautiful job transforming the area and I couldn't be happier with the result. Kelsi and team were really easy to reach when I had questions and were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire them for future projects.

It is rare to find a contractor that combines good work with excellent customer service, Kelsi and her crew hit high marks for both and I’m looking forward to using them for future projects.
