Karol and/or Zibi were on site every day usually starting at 8:30am. Being an old house, nothing was square. It was necessary to pour a self-leveling concrete floor, which took a few days to dry. Even so, they completed the whole job, surprises and all, in under 2 weeks. Many people like tile. I'm not one of them. I wanted a MAAX 80" acrylic tub wall kit, from tub to ceiling. Who knew that it would be so difficult to find a contractor to install it? I'm so grateful that Karol agreed to and did a fine job. Besides doing quality work for a reasonable price, they were a pleasure to work with - always polite and conscientious, and cleaning up at the end of each day.

The job was done quickly and professionally. Demo and installation was started and completed within one week's time (May 20-May 27). The results look fantastic and we are very satisfied.

Karol recently demoed and remodeled our main bathroom in our house. He did a phenomenal job in all areas of this project and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to do this job. He is a true professional who puts in so much hard work and time to complete his projects in a timely manner. He is punctual and always communicated with us so that we were never left out of the loop. Karol was always willing to offer suggestions and advice which made this project go so smoothly for all of us. We were extremely pleased with his high quality work. Karol is an amazing contractor!! KBK was great helping us get the bathroom of our dreams. They were spot on with their estimate and timeline. They also did a great job working with the building management. This is our third renovation project with KBK and we wouldn’t consider any other contractor.

Excellent work on a tough job! Karol’s team adapted well to challenges we encountered. He did exactly what he said he would do...and came in on budget! Everyone who has seen the finished work was very impressed.

Where to begin....First and foremost, Karol is true professional and craftsman. I have never seen a contractor perform all the work in a home remodel before. Karol and his team arrived everyday at 8am and worked all day until 4 or 5. Many times they even worked on Saturday just to keep on schedule. Though his prices weren't the cheapest, he was still very competitive and the work he completed was simply superb. Being such a big project, I was a little worried about finding the right contractor. Luckily, KBK Construction did not disappoint. Karol was very easy to work with, even when a 60+ year old home threw him curve balls! Regardless, he did an excellent job completing the project and did not charge any more than he quoted. Many other contractors would have charged more for coming across the same unforeseen challenges. I could go on and on about what a great contractor and person Karol is, but I believe I made my point. If you decide to use KBK Construction for your next project, I guarantee you will not be disappointed! I plan to use Karol for all my future projects! Pictures will be posted soon.

KBK Construction recently remodeled a guest bathroom for us and we are extremely pleased with their work! Karol provided high quality workmanship and professionalism in all aspects of the remodel. Both the tub surround tile and the floor tile were expertly done. The vanity, sink and all fixtures were installed beautifully as well. Karol provided updates as needed, and if a problem arose, he would offer suggestions for ways to solve the issue. Karol and his assistant arrived on time each day and everything was completely cleaned up at the end of the day. We always knew the work schedule for the day. We plan to hire KBK Construction for a master bath and kitchen remodel.

Excellent! This remodel could not have gone better. Attention to detail describes Karol and his team. We let Karol's team work at our house when we were not at home. They arrived on time, cleaned up each day. They put up a plastic wall to minimize the dust in the rest of the house. Karol answered all our questions and accomodated some changes during the remodel with no problem. The floor was a big concern for us since the slab was higher than the adjacent wood floor. Karol minimized the step between rooms to less than 1/2 inch. Everything was done to perfection. No cost overruns except the items we added during the project. This project was a pleasure working with Karol and team. Highly recommend KBK Construction. This was a complicated remodel that Karol handled with ease. Very talented and honest business. Our kitchen is beautiful. So glad we contracted with KBK Construction.

We went away on vacation and when we returned everything was finished to perfection.

Since Karol and KBK construction had previously renovated two bathrooms in our home, we felt comfortable with having the work done while we were on vacation. We arrived home to beautifully done hardwood floors, sparkling white trim with new doors and new overhead lighting. The final price was as quoted. we couldn't be happier with the job.

Kitchen and living area came out great. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the overall look and feel of the design. The project took several months all-in-all but we had several delays NOT related to KBK that slowed us down. KBK always adapted to coordinating with inspectors and other professionals when needed.

Karol was excellent in every aspect of the job. Karol was wonderful to work with! Honest, timely and excellent outcomes. Price was reasonable and fair, workers were very pleasant, always punctual, clean-up after each days work was exceptional and completed projects were exactly as I wanted and accommodated last minute change requests. He was responsive and took care of all of the permits and dealt with the building department in my town to assure the basement is up to code. Karol did a great job. Everything he and his workers did was done to perfection and he even made suggestions which included hardwood flooring and the type of tile that we used throughout the house. We could t be happier with the worksmen ship and the responsiveness we got with the Karol. I would hire him again and already recommended him to my family. Karol and his colleagues were punctual, polite, clean and finished the work on time with high quality and at an excellent price point. In addition two new doors were installed, one to the new bathroom and also a nearby closet.
