Working with Brent and Keith on our A-frame build was a great experience overall. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. The craftsmanship really shows—our home is not only beautiful, but also feels incredibly solid and built to last. The quality of materials and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The only downside was that the project took a couple of months longer than originally predicted. That said, it was absolutely worth the wait. The end result speaks for itself, and we’d much rather have things done right than rushed. We’re extremely happy with our A-frame and grateful to Brent and Keith for bringing it to life.

K&B property has done multiple jobs at different properties for me over the years. They are the first ones I call everytime. Very professional, skilled on every job. All work was done in a timely manner at reasonable pricing. Any building or remodeling that needs to be done. These guys can handle it. I trust these guys with all projects that have been given over the years. When the job is finished all that is left is a job well done.

We've used K&B several times over the years, and we're so grateful to have found contractors we trust. These guys are honest, communicative, show up when they say they will, and thoughtful. They not only do amazing work, they're just good people. Most recently, they did major repairs on our home after damage from Hurricane Helene. One deck was completely destroyed, the other had extensive damage, the roof needed repairs, and our fence. It was a lot of work. I'll never forget their care and concern, and their meticulous work on our home. We knew we were in good hands during one of the most stressful times of our lives. Thank you, K&B!!

Very professional and easy to work with. They show up when they say they will, deliver high-quality work, and offer fair pricing. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They handled all permits and inspections and were extremely efficient at resolving any issues that came up. I would hands-down recommend them and would 100% use them again.

Needed deck footers and supports redone on a 12x20 deck that my original contractor did incorrectly and failed inspection. KB did a great job of correcting and installing the correct footers and we passed our inspection with flying colors.

Brent, Keith and their entire crew were amazing to work with. They are honest, did exactly what they said they'd do, and did it on time. We went over the estimate as we had additional work done because they were so good to work with. The sub-contractors they have - plumber, electrician (installed a kitchenette in the lower level) and concrete mason (we had a window put in a 12" thick cement block wall) - all did superb work and arrived when K&B said they would as well. We will definitely have them do more work for us moving forward.

Brent of K&B Property Maintenance was very professional. He didn't complain or charge me extra because he had to drive a bit to get to my home. He quickly provided an estimate, answered all my questions, altered the job per my request without attitude, and promptly had his team at my house at the agreed start date and time. He arrived with his team, they expertly completed the remodeling while respecting me and my home. Brent's team worked together like a well-oiled machine. They politely answered my questions as they worked and did not mind me watching them. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. I will definitely hire them again. They are a great group of very professional and skilled men.

I was so lucky K & B had a hole in their scheduling for January and they came the next day. I had three walls of brick to be removed, they protected my wood floors and had their sheet rock guy and electrician come after the demo and redesign it. I would hire them again in a minute.

Within an hour or two after requesting a quote I heard from K&B. They came out that afternoon to look at the job and within a day I was texted a quote that I considered reasonable and we hired them. The weather was against us but they scheduled our repair within a reasonable time. They did a wonderful job. They were friendly and I would definetly hire them again.

K & B did an outstanding job. They are reasonably priced and deliver on time with out any major issues. They are also very responsive with communication during the entire process.

The team that came arrived on time and completed the work as expected for the agreed price. They were pleasant and respectful. The work was completed carefully and without disruption to the house. The work took longer to complete then anticipated but the crew remained positive and friendly. They were respectful and offered suggestions when I (homeowner) was asked how I preferred some things to be done. We are preparing to sell our house and had some punch list items left from gut renovating the kitchen and they performed a variety of tasks to make those items return the expected value on the house and get it ready to sell.

It went well. They did a great job and completed the job in a timely fashion.

We contacted several outfits to to obtain their ability to perform the work and K&B put the best plan with the most reasonable cost. When they began the work they systematically performed the required tasks before moving on to the next area. They kept very good records and presented bills upon completion of each phase of the project. Communications were always open and two way and if there were any problems they were quick to bring them to our attention along with remedies. They made a very difficult situation much less stressful.
