K&B Resurfacing

Was three days late . Was paid for the job and only did about 50% of the work . Won’t return calls or texts . Tub is chipping . Do not use awful person.

I couldn’t have asked for better results. I didn’t have to lift one finger, they put everything back in it’s place upon completion. Very courteous and you could tell they knew what they were doing. The results totally transformed my kitchen!! I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

My appointment was for 11:00 am. After 2 texts to say he was running late, he arrived after 1:00 PM. Afer the work was completed and he was packing up, I went to check it out. There were several places where the wall covering was ripped off by the tape and paint removed from the cabinets. When I asked Kyle about it, he said "it's not my fault. The tape I used pulled it off. It has never happened before." After he left, I also noticed the were rough edges around the sink. He said it needed to be caulked. You would think it would have been done before spraying the top, considering the existing caulk was painted. I planned on having the walls painted after I saved some more money. Now, I need to do it sooner, rather than later. Kyle offered to paint the walls and cabinets at a cost; however, I prefer to look for someone else to paint the walls and see what can be done to touch up the cabinets. The pricing was reasonable; however, I don't feel the work was professional.
