Kasey was very professional. A/C stopped cooling. Called and he was at my house in about 1 hour. Diagnosed the problem and had A/C up an cooling within a hour.

I had some MAJOR problems with a brand new package ac unit, never been used. I had a few techs come out and check it out, tell me refrigerant was fine then leave. Kasey came out and immediately started cracking into the meat and potatoes. Dove into the crawl space, checked every vent, inlet and return vents, every aspect. Went to inspect a part and noticed there was a subtle rattle inside the copper lines. Sure enough, he cut into it and verified a piece of metal was getting stuck, refrigerant was getting burning hot and determined we replace it. My ac has never worked this good and it’s the hottest month of the year. Dude is passionate, reliable, trustworthy, punctual, communicative, hard working and an all around good dude. I’ll recommend him to anybody after my experience.

Very polite, answered all questions, explained what and why he was doing things. Asked before proceeding to make sure we were on the same page. Made recommendations and why he was recommending them. Got me running cold air again. I think his pricing is reasonable!
