Mark went above and beyond what he was assigned, and his rates were very reasonable. He was eager to do a good job. In addition to completing a long list of repairs at my client's property, he also constructed window sill replacements for 15 windows. Where contractors came out and scratched their heads about how to fix it and gave expensive quotes, he knew exactly what to do, what kind of material to use, and quoted a great price.
