KC Form and Finish

TERRIBLE! First of all they damaged my garage door beyond repair during the tear out. I paid for a new on the promise i would be reimbursed within 30 days. That day has come and gone and i have not been paid. There are many issues with the base that was put down, most notably it is not thick enough and was not compacted ( i was told it doesn't need to be compacted.) the finish is the absolute worst I have ever seen, no definitive edge lines the broom finish is awful and when they saw cut the joints they messed one one up (see photo) my walkway to front door is very wavy and water sits in the valleys and i my kids even trip just walking to the front door. There is no expansion foam along the new addition next to the house or at the joint at the front at the garage transition. The township where i live ( BUTLER TOWNSHIP) says the right of way has to be taken out and redone due to not being inspected along with the terrible workmanship. The sidewalk from driveway to approach not only has a giant valley in it it slopes 3" in 24". The finish at the street is also an issue with the township, see photos. I have been more than understanding with these guys with agreement they were to return and fix the issues along with pay for the damaged garage door. They have since stopped returning my calls, email, and text messages so i have no choice but resort to social media in hopes that this does not happen to anyone else

Remove and replace driveway .
