My house was supposed to get a whole lot done to it, a small portion of the list was completed. Some of that needs redone, like the floor inside, which actually did not get fully completed. My siding got pulled off of 3 sides. I was left with that, 2 big piles of trash, over 120k in debt and a credit score that dropped about 300 points now. All over money he lied about, said he paid National Debt Relief (NDR) and wanted me to pay him back. You dont have to pay NDR upfront, they told me that themselves. My house was supposed to be done mid February. Now im pulling more money out of pocket to fix it. And I have never seen any rebates he told me I would get. I strongly advise against this company, you might get conned like me.

review update 4/13/26 DO NOT HIRE KC HOMESHIELD!! He has 10 lawsuits against. We paid him $82,500 to put a shell of a house up. All the money we had!! Now we are stuck in a camper, scrambling around trying to find a way out if this camper amd into something structurally sound. Hes a conartist thats already has thousands against him in lawsuits and will just keep getting more. He also FORGED MY SIGNTURE AND TOLD ME I STILL OWED HIM $21,000 FOR ADDICTIONAL FEES!! The contract I signed stated $72,000, but he somehow got us to send $82,000! Never said math was my strong suit. ? Now I just want to share my story everywhere i possibly can to avoid anymore people from getting scammed. His name is NEAL WILSON, his company name is KC HOMESHIELD!! Please take the 1 minutes out of your day to share so nobody else signs a contract with him. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! We hired Neal with KC homeshield in August to put up a shell of a house. All we've gotten from it is molding materials, which sat for 6 months now, broken promises after promises. Also someone on his team Forged my signature to add an additional 21,000 to my bill!! We paid in full at signing and now we are out of 82,000 and now out of a house. Thanks for ruining our lives Neal.
