I just want to say , I had a few plumbing issues. These issues caused me so much stress.
When I called Kc Metro, I thought it was only for them to come an estimate my cost to fix my issues.
But no this guy Trey was actually here to fix my issues. Trey is a guy that cares about his job an his quality of work. Hes so easy going an pleasant to be around. He did a fantastic job , Thanks KC Metro , and a big Thank you to Trey.

I needed a new water heater and also had a new kitchen sink and faucet and new bathroom sink and faucet. L.J. called and was able to get me on their schedule quickly. His team was prompt, professional, and personable! They did fantastic work! Replaced my water heater, sinks and faucets in the same visit and even corrected the plumbing for my kitchen sink and the venting for my water heater. They were totally transparent with pricing and there weren’t any curve balls. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

Terrific is an understatement! After being told by my HVAC company that they could not install a new hot water heater for 3 days, TJ at Metro Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure we had hot water before guests arrived the following day. He tracked down the unit we wanted, came to the house on a Saturday and he and his associate worked in tight quarters to the get the unit installed. It is no wonder he has been in business for 15 years! If you want a job done well at a fair price, I highly recommend KC Metro Plumbing! Thank you, TJ!

The epitome of professionals. Called Sunday afternoon after the first couple companies way over quoted the job. LJ recommended ordering what we wanted and they would work around it. Tall task given the first quotes all but required there install products. He sight unseen guaranteed he would have the best quote. Guess what, they installed what we wanted at a considerably more fair quote. The team showed up at 4:30, quoted me, and offered to install. Even after a long day. Mind you, our sink was believed at 11. They still showed, provided quality work and customer service. Call these guys.

They were the first to call and said they could be here within an hour with a free estimate. Other calls took 10 to 15 minutes wanting to charge for the estimate. I think Trey was here within 20 minutes. I hope KC Metro Plumbing appreciates Trey. He is an outstanding customer service rep/repair man. I was given the quote immediately for the job I requested. He then explained other possible repairs once he started the job and quoted the cost. He was fast and thorough in completion. Thankfully, no other repairs where needed. Trey was patient and an active listener. Conscientious of my concerns. KC Metro Plumbing is a professional company to do business with and will always be recommended by me. Excellent job! I have their magnet on my fridge for future jobs.

They called as soon as I searched for a pro and coincidentally, they’re the same pro our friends referred to us as they also got their plumbing services when they bought a home. We didn’t have to wait for a week or so, they made it possible to have the job completed before we left (we were just visiting from Vegas to help our son moved to his new home). Everything went flawless, Trey went above and beyond. He noted other issues that need to be taken care of and he finished it in a timely manner, no hiccups thank God.
