We had a drain pipe collapse under our basement floor, and we decided to call KC Sewer Repair. David was able to come out and inspect the issue the same day that I called, and he was able to find a solution. He came back and did the repair the following day. He was very diligent and clean with his work. The customer service and the plumbing service were great, and they gave us a price that was fair. I would highly recommend KC Sewer Repair for your plumbing needs. We had an overall great experience with them.

David absolutely knocked it out of the park! He was really helped us in a timely fashion and saved our bacon. The sewer line works great now and we've had no issues!

Chris and David came out to take a look at what had to be done. They were both smiling and pleasant, unlike the other corporate companies that came out with estimates. Their estimate was more than $1000 less than my lowest estimate. David ran a camera through my line. This was the only time I could see what the camera was seeing. A root ball. David came back a few days later and dug up my main sewer line (6 feet down) repaired a section where a root ball had 2/3 of the pipe blocked. Finished the same day. THANK YOU KC SEWER REPAIR!

David came out and helped unclogged my drain and clear all debris. Checked all my toilets and system to ensure it was properly working. Took the time to explain how all sewer lines and drains work which made me have a much better understanding of how everything works. Highly recommend!

We finally called KC Sewer Repair, and after doing a very thorough video diagnostic, the owner decided the issue could be solved another way. He installed an "air assisted" toilet. Now we can take care of business with one flush! They literally saved us thousands of dollars by being smart, honest, and caring, treating us with respect. I could not more highly recommend a plumbing company.

I initially believed the sewer line from my house to the main was covered by the city, but that turned out to be false. In Topeka, where I live, there are only a few companies, and they charge really high prices. So, I decided to look around in Kansas City. I probably won’t need their services again anytime soon, but they did an outstanding job!
