"We have responded to your concerns and visited your residence numerous times to try to help fix it. When we gave you the original quote; You expressed that the main reason for purchasing new gutters was rotten facia. We pointed out to you that it was rotted in other places on the front of your house as well. We expressed our concerns about replacing it all before we installed the new gutters; As the screws for the gutters would not truly be able to have anything to screw in to. Every time you get a heavy rain or snow; It will make the gutters sag with the added weight. This will keep happening until you repair all the rotted wood. Your gutters can be taken down and the facia can be replaced at a fee. This will remedy your issue. To say we never came to your home would be a false statement our company takes pride in our service and reliability."
