Alaine was our technician and was very professional and thorough. Came at the time they stated and he called before coming to let us know he was on his way. He replaced The grout in the kitchen and in the bathroom and it looks great!

****I want to amend my earlier review. We had a warranty issue come up. The owner, Viraj Chawla, responded to my call immediately. He came to our home with his installer Alain and with all the materials needed to make the repair. After their inspection, Viraj and Alain gave us three options to choose between to make the fix. The repairs were completed quickly. Viraj came to inspect the work, and to check if we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the way this issue was handled. We absolutely recommend The Grout Medic of Lawrenceville.****
Alain with the Grout Medic of Lawrenceville regrout our shower enclosure. He was prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. The enclosure looks almost better than when it was new. We highly recommend Alain and The Grout Medic of Lawrenceville.

Grout: Replace or Repair
Grout Medic was hired to regrout shower floor. Originally the regrout job seemed ok, but after a couple of weeks the grout became discolored in spots. When the tiles and grout were wet, this discoloration was very obvious. I asked repeatedly for them to correct the problem and they refused because they felt the job was acceptable. I do not feel the job is acceptable nor do I feel this is a company that stands behind their work. I personally will never do business with them again and can certainly not recommend them to anyone.

Initially the job of regrouting the shower floor seemed fine, but after a few weeks the grout became discolored in places. This became very obvious when wet. The company refuses to fix the problem and considers the job to be satisfactory. If you want a company that does good work and stands behind their work, do not hire this company." Unfortunately we could not make this customer happy. We regrouted twice at no extra cost because she didn't like the way the original color turned out (we actually agreed). She loved the 2nd grout's color but didn't like the color of the grout lines when they were wet. Unfortunately we cannot control how something looks darker when it is wet. We made 4 trips to her house and had many cordial conversations with this fine woman - but ultimately her ask was unreasonable."

Really happy with how project turned out. Everyone was really nice. Had a few issues with communication. I think they are a franchise. I had tried by phone and email to reach out to get work scheduled but I don't think they were getting through to the right team. Had to be persistent about it and eventually got it scheduled and complete.
