Great experience! My tub drain had been clogged for a few days, as I had not been able to get other companies to call me back or show up. I called Kyle, and he sent Gabe right over. I have old funky drains, and Gabe was able to figure out an easy solution and had the problem fixed in no time. Excellent service and I will be calling them for any future drain issues I have. Highly recommend!

Clear blocked drain

Excellent. Kyle answered the phone, took time over weekend to help, he arrived when he said, charged fairly, worked quickly and cleanly. Cannot recommend highly enough! AAA!

Kyle was friendly, professional, and direct. He followed through exactly as he promised, cleared the lines efficiently, explained what he found, promised a free return trip if the same problem comes back soon, and left the work site at least as clean as it was when he arrived. I'd recommend him to anyone and plan to call him again for preventive service next year.

Could not have asked for better service. What started out as what we thought was a simple clogged drain turned into a totally grease slug packed line that took all day. We thought the bill was very reasonable for the amount of hours they were here. The gentleman was prompt & friendly. Already recommended them to a friend & will definitely use them again for any plumbing need we have!

Kyle was the first to respond shortly after I requested a quote from several service companies. I talked with him on the phone and explained the problem and he quoted me an approximate cost of $120. I made an appointment with him for the next day. He arrived on time, evaluated the problem and explained what needed to be done. He ran a special cutter through the drain line that fed into the main drain under the floor. We then checked the drainage of the kitchen sink, which then drained with a vortex. The blockage was cleared. The charge was exactly what he had quoted, $120. I was happy to have hired Kyle for the job, rather than one of the large companies, after having read their unfavorable reviews, about how they quoted a price and then upon evaluating the job, changed the price. In many instances, they didn't fix the problem and either required a return visit at additional cost or the home owner had to hire someone else, like Kyle to do the job right. I was also happy to hire Kyle, because he is a small business owner and I would rather support a single man operation such as his. I would highly recommend Kyle because of his professionalism and ability to solve the problem. In the future if I need other drain cleaning, I will hire Kyle and will refer others to him. I was very happy with his service and price.

We were extremely pleased with the work done by Kyle Krasky of Kdrains. Whenever we hire someone for a needed service, we expect a timely response to our inquiry, someone coming to our home to view the work needed, and a fixed bid for performing the work. We called Kyle’s phone, and he replied very promptly. He came to our house within the hour to look at the nine drains in our landscape (yes, 9 drains.) I explained that I knew one drain was blocked with sediment, and leaves. He gave me a bid for two hours work, with his guarantee that he would do the job, and would complete said job even if it took more than two hours for that same bid price. We scheduled the work to be done the next day. The next day, he called, and arrived within minutes of when he said he would (very timely, thank you!). He is very knowledgeable about drains. He had to use one special piece of equipment for two of the drains, but did not charge us for that. (Thank you, again!!) The 40 foot drain that I knew was blocked took him almost 2 hours to clean out by itself. He worked long and hard to clean out the gravel, stones, leaves, and sand that blocked that problem drain. He spent much more time and energy than he had originally bid. He honored his bid, and there were no additional charges. He is a really fine young man. He is polite and very, knowledgeable about the work he performs. He is helpful in explaining what he is doing. He is honest. I much appreciate his great response time and his on time arrival. I would recommend hiring him, with no reservations involving his work and customer satisfaction. This is who you want to work with when you have drainage problems. Thank you, Kyle of “Kdrains”!
