Very quick, efficient and helpful. Identified problem immediately, and then did a full check to be sure it all worked after fix.

Very fair and professional. There were all kinds of shorts, and it will be cheaper to buy a new stove rather than repair it but they gave me an honest assessment and estimate. Tech even tweaked it so it still functions until I buy a new one.

K&D sent a technician who repaired my refrigerator the same day. A little bit lost in translation but he did a good job professionally and efficiently. Costumer service is a pro too because they kept me updated all the time with the appointment and the information needed.

Repair man is very hard to communicate with as his English is limited (speaks Russian.) Think I should be sent someone I can understand. I think--that's conditional-- he fixed the problem but the language issue is a concern. Also, after he left, had too many calls from K &D trying to urge me to move forward. The scheduler also has a heavy accent. I'd avoid this company in future.

They said there would be a $125 service fee, and The job took less Less than 15 minutes. And when all was said and done, they charged me $280. So I was just a little taken back that it was so expensive because it was a really simply labor.

Wonderful service and very professional!

Very thorough workman, very pleasant and did a good job cleaning up. Modern stoves, though, have electronic components...not always easy or affordable to replace. I will probably hire K and D to install a new stove when I get one, because to get it in will required disassembling both the new and old one. I have confidence in their abilities.
