We had a really great experience with K&D Roofing recently. I reached out to K&D Roofing (they are GAF Master Elite certified) and they were quick to call me back and setup a time for an inspection. I met Todd who did the roof inspection and he explained what he believes is causing the leak. Todd was professional, honest and easy to talk with. A quote for the repair was provided quickly and the price was reasonable. We moved forward with signing the quote and received a call from Curtis to setup a time for the repair. Curtis was easy to talk with, professional and showed up on time the day of the repair. His team got to work and did a great job repairing the section of the roof causing the leak. Curtis also provided us with photos of the work, prior to starting, during the repair and after. The team was respectful of the property and cleaned up after the job was done. I highly recommend K&D Roofing based on this experience.

Great experience! I highly recommend K&D! I reached out to them after a bad experience with another roofing company. K&D was the roofing company I wish I'd called first! My project manager, Isaac, was a pleasure to work with, straight forward, and on point with his assessments and recommendations. This was an insurance covered full roof replacement. Parts of the roof had been damaged by hail, and the sub-roof and some of the fascia were rotted. Isaac and I worked together to select materials that met my budget and aesthetic requirements, and renewed the roof's structural integrity. This included replacing load bearing joists and previous low pitched roofing that had not been done to code. Isaac seamlessly coordinated with the insurance company on repairs and costs that were beyond the scope/cost of the initial estimate. Isaac's crew was efficient, meticulous, and professional. I live out of state, and they did everything possible to keep me appraised of how things were going to include very clear and comprehensive drone pics and detailed before and after pics of problem areas. I'm completely confident that the roof was done right. Bottom line, K&D should be your first call if you need honest roof work. I'm thrilled with how my roof turned out and I give them my highest possible recommendation!

K & D Roofing recently replaced the roof on my home. The entire process went really smoothly. They helped me with my insurance claim and communicated with my adjuster. The did a great job of updating me through the entire process. On day of install, the crew showed up promptly and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. The roof looks great and I highly recommend K & D Roofing for any roof installs or repairs.

K&D did a fantastic job on replacing our roof. There was very few nails found after replacement and their team kept me informed of the process along the way. Even when I thought I had a roof problem afterward, they repaired my skylight that was leaking, over and above their responsibility!

I had a great experience with K&D. Todd was very attentive and responsive to my questions and took the time to understand my needs. He made several trips to my home during the process to meet with the insurance representative, to show us color samples, to go over the final estimate, and during the work itself. He recommended some additional upgrades which proved both necessary and enhanced the look of the finished product. He was very informative on the insurance claim process. I have to say that the service provided by K&D went above and beyond what I have experienced with other contractors in the past and was quite frankly impressive. The finished product looks great and the crew cleaned up very nicely afterward. Highly recommend this business for a roof replacement.

I had water coming into my house in a few places on my roof around some roof boots and vents. They came out and did a free estimate and check the entire roof while up there. Even brought down an item that was stuck up there. They did not try to upsell me anything and the price was very fair. I would absolutely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about K&D Roofing. Initially I was skeptical as K&D reached out to me due to many homes in my subdivision having roof damage due to a hail storm, never the less I scheduled an initial consultation. Todd was amazing! He talked me through the entire process and then did the roof inspection and identified significant damage to my roof. Todd them worked closely with my insurance company and talked me through every step of the process. The team was great to work with as we had to reschedule multiple time due to inclement weather. There was an issue with my shingles on the side of the house and Todd corrected the issue on his own. This was clearly not tied to the roof but saved me money and time from having to bring in a second contractor. The roof was replaced in one day and they left my property spotless. After the new roof install Todd stepped in again to assist with getting the payment from the insurance company and even helped out when there was some confusion on the part of my adjuster. I can't say enough good things about K&D Roofing and I highly recommend them if you are considering roof repair or replacement.

An excellent experience working with Todd from K&D. He was punctual, worked with us to decide the color and quality options. Also clearly explained the nuances of the insurance process, without which I would have spent extra time dealing with my insurance company. Workers showed up on time, and were done within the day. Left my yard clean - exactly as they had found it.

We can say enough about how K and D roofing exceeded our expectations. They are honest and professional. No money was collected until way past the job completion. Their first estimate was within $10 of insurance adjuster. Others were asking for thousands above that. K and D replaced a part of the new roof as shingles didn't meet their standard. Not sure if anyone else would have done so. You can't go wrong selecting K and D roofing for your next roof replacement.
